OFFICIAL RULES
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OF SPONSOR’S PRODUCTS DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
2. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the “FantasyDFSExperts.com Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes”) via the Internet, you may access the FantasyDFSExperts.com website at http://www.FantasyDFSExperts.com, follow all instructions to locate and complete the online entry form. Internet access is required to enter. All required fields on the registration form must be filled completed. Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. PST on September 11, 2020 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PST on October 31, 2020 (the “Entry Period”). All entries must be received on or before 11:59 p.m. PST on October 31, 2020 in order to be eligible for the drawing. Limit: One entry per person or e-mail address. All mass entries or reproductions shall be disqualified. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account. All entries are the property of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates the rules or tampers with the promotion or the web site. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the entire promotion at any time. If promotion is terminated for any reason, notice will be promptly posted at http://www.FantasyDFSExperts.com. Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes.
3. SPONSOR’S DISCLAIMERS: http://www.FantasyDFSExperts.com (“Sponsor”) is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, illegible or incomplete entries nor for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, systems, telephone equipment, and lines electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions, satellites, servers, and/or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes, or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at the Sponsor website or any combination thereof. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by Sponsor for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part.
4. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to any living persons, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of http://www.FantasyDFSExperts.com or Luxury Publishing Group Inc., (“Advertiser”) and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families of each, are not eligible to enter.
5. DRAWING: Potential Prize winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted the week of November 1, 2020 by Sponsor,whose decisions are final and binding in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Potential Prizewinners will be notified, by email. A representative of Sponsor will make at least one (1) attempt to notify the Winner. Prizewinner must respond within 24 hours or Prize will be forfeited. If for any reason Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner after reasonable efforts, the Prize is forfeited and an alternate winner will be drawn from all remaining eligible entries.
6. PRIZE: (one) Samsung 70 inch 6 Series UHD-TV valued at $849.95 plus shipping limited to the United States. The following conditions shall apply to the Prize: (1) In order to receive the Prize, the winner must complete and return to Sponsor a standard Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (“Release”) form if so requested by Sponsor or Advertiser; (2) Prize cannot be replaced if lost or stolen; (3) Substitution or transfer of Prize will not be permitted; and (4) Installation and set-up of the Prize is the Prize winner’s sole responsibility; Prize winner is strongly advised to follow all of manufacturer’s directions regarding the set-up and use of the product. Advertiser will, at no charge to Prizewinner, ship the Prize to the winner within ten (10) business days of the determination of winner’s eligibility AND Sponsor’s receipt of the completed Release (unless prohibited by law) and tax information as set forth in paragraph 7 of these Rules. Except where prohibited by law, the Winner agrees that Sponsor has the right to use the Winner’s name, likeness, voice, photograph, opinions and/or any other information provided by the Winner during the Promotion for promotional purposes, and in any media, worldwide, including but not limited to being published on FantasyDFSExperts.com, YouTube, Facebook and/or other social media sites without additional compensation or consideration. The Sponsor reserves the right to replace the prize with a television of equal or higher value or solely at the sponsor’s discretion may offer a cash equivalent.
7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Void where prohibited otherwise or restricted by law. By entering or accepting a Prize in this Sweepstakes, winner agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, and to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. All licenses, registrations, federal, state and local taxes are the winners’ sole responsibility. There are no prize substitutions, transfers or cash equivalents permitted unless the sponsor agrees. A Release must be completed and returned by winner within fourteen (14) days after notification (unless prohibited by law) or an alternate winner will be selected. Winner’s tax information must be provided to Sponsor before the Prize is awarded. By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, [name of advertiser] and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and directors, officers, attorneys, employees, and agents from any and all damage, injury, death, loss, misfortune or other liability of any kind that may arise from or in connection with his or her acceptance of the Prize, possession or use of the Prize, or his or her participation in this Sweepstakes, or from any misuse or malfunction of any Prize awarded.
8. GENERAL: By entering, participants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules, and all decisions of Sponsor, which are final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Neither Sponsor nor any internet service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, any human error, technical malfunctions, internet service response times, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any web site or online service, or any other error or malfunction, or for late, lost, illegible, stolen, or misdirected entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. This Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to (i) change this Sweepstakes in its sole discretion at any time Sponsor becomes aware of any circumstances or occurrence which would materially affect the Sweepstake’s security or fairness; (ii) to disqualify any claimant, competitor or nominee whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of these Official Rules or the intention of the Sweepstakes or for any other reason Sponsor deems appropriate and to declare as void any or all of their claims or entries; or (iii) to cancel the Promotion or any part of it at any stage in the event for any reason, including circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control. Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to errors in advertising, the Official Rules, the selection and announcements of winners, or the distribution of the prizes.
9. WHO WON: Following the drawing, the Prize winner’s name will be posted on FantasyDFSExperts.com’s site and-or social media. To obtain the name of the winner, send a request, referencing the name of the Sweepstakes to jerry@fantasyDFSExperts.com.
