It is too bad that the Carolina Hurricanes vs Nashville Predators game is too early for us to pick from because we have some guys we are really interested in. It will still be a fun game to watch with Nashville trying to even the series. The Colorado Avalanche have been making swift work of the St. Louis Blues and may be able to send them packing tonight. The Edmonton Oilers are going to need to step up their game and stop the bleeding as the Winnipeg Jets have been surprising everyone and have taken an early 2-0 series lead. The Boston Bruins also have the opportunity to finish things out and should be motivated to do so with all the liberties the Washington Capitals were taking. This will be a spicy one.

Here’s a snazzy lineup For DFS Hockey 5/22/21 (using DraftKings Values)

CenterN. MacKinnon$8,800
Center
WingL. Draisaitl$7,700
Wing
Wing
DefenseC. Makar$5,700
Defense
GoalieT. Rask$7,900
Utility $4,900

Nathan MacKinnon and the Colorado Avalanche have a commanding lead over the Blues in this series. We do not expect the loss of Nazem Kadri to suspension to affect them all that much. We need to wait and see on Connor McDavid for at least one game.

L. Draisaitl is still a great pickup given all his upside. He has access to McDavid on the top line so you can benefit in many ways here. He has been getting lots of shots on net and one of them has to go in sooner rather than later.

Cale Makar has had a modest post season so far. A goal and an assist in three games is a solid pace for the young defenseman. The Avalanche have a chance to move on to the next round tonight and Makar will step up tonight to seal the deal.

Tuukka Rask moved into sole ownership of most playoff wins in Boston Bruins history after Friday’s win over the Washington Capitals.  He has been playing wonderfully and is not going to forget being run over by Anthony Mantha. He will be bringing his A game tonight.

Now what do you get if you sign up for $99 now

  • A second line stack with tons of playmaking ability
  • A cheap defenseman who has matched Makar for points

Here’s a snazzy lineup For DFS Hockey 5/22/21 (using DraftKings Values)

CenterN. MacKinnon$8,800
CenterD. Krejci$4,500
WingL. Draisaitl$7,700
WingT. Hall$5,000
WingB. Saad$3,000
DefenseC. Makar$5,700
DefenseT. Poolman$2,500
GoalieT. Rask$7,900
UtilityBurakovsky$4,900

David Krejci – C is a steal at this price. Boston’s second line has been a treat to watch. Puck handling skills on display and beautiful finishes to Taylor Hall’s celebrations.

Taylor Hall – W. Speaking of the trade deadline acquisition we thought we would stack these two together. Their skills complement each other very well and the quick chemistry made the Bruins a very dangerous team.

Brandon Saad – W plays on an understated third line in Colorado. These guys have been doing some damage and use their ice time wisely. These are lines that really wear away at the opposition.

Tucker Poolman – D has come flying out of the gate and been one of the Jets defensemen, particularly on offense. He already has a goal and assist which matches Makar! But he comes at a steep discount.
