Did you go after our Vancouver Canucks picks from yesterday? Something is seriously wrong in Toronto and it may not just be the goaltending. They blew another lead and that is becoming a trend. Hopefully, they can right the ship before the playoffs start, because if they suffer another first round exit, heads are going to roll.

Here’s a water proof lineup For DFS Hockey 3/6/22 (using DraftKings Values)

The biggest piece of information today is that the San Jose Sharks will be putting Zach Sawchenkoin net. He is only 24 and can still find a way to make an impact at the NHL level, but now is not yet that time. The Anaheim Ducks are going to be taking all of the shots tonight. They will be backed by John Gibson who should be your number one choice for the day.

Trevor Zegras is seeing his impact around the hockey world. There was a “Michigan” style goal in a pee wee game and we are all about it. Even better was Jonathan Huberdeau faking the shot against the Detroit Red Wings. He said in an interview that he does not know how to do it and we do not believe him.Thank you Zegras for making the game even more entertaining than it already is.

Troy Terry has 28 goals and we find it hard to believe he does not get at least one tonight. The only knock on his game is that he does not record as many shots as we think someone with that many goals would have. This does mean his shooting percentage is too high, but he keeps scoring goals so we will keep putting him in.

It is looking like we will be leaving you with a nice chunk of change since Anaheim is always on a discount and our top defenseman for you today is very reasonably priced himself. Alex Pietrangelohas the same average FPPG as both Victor Hedman and Adam Fox, but at $1,000 less. He is also playing against the Senators who are not known for stopping a lot of goals.

We are favoring the Golden Knights in this matchup, but they have been hitting a bumpy patch so we will use the time to tout the fact that Josh Norris is back! He has been out over a month and is easily their best center. We love DraftKings recommendation from his first game back telling people to give him a game or two to get back up to speed. He scored a goal in his first game back. He is up to speed. If you are not yet comfortable with him then you can always add another Duck Ryan Getzlaf. He will be setting Terry up and is stupid cheap today.

We never take Ducks defensemen and that strategy is not changing. The Jets do have a couple guys in the price range we are looking at, but it appears that Neal Pionk may not be at 100%. That leaves us with Josh Morrissey who will pick up any slack on the blueline.

As we pivot to the Jets we have more joyous news. Nik Ehlers is back in the lineup and his long absence means he is priced is well below what he is capable of. Last season he was impressing with around a point per game pace and he was on his way to doing that this year before the injury derailed him. Welcome him back with open arms. He got an assist in his first game back and it is just the first of many.

For a little side dish grab yourself a bite of the Tampa Bay Lightning. We have been going after their big guns more recently but it is worth noting some of the supporting cast more often. Ondrej Palatand Alex Killorn are very important pieces in this machine. Palat probably has more upside on the top line but Killorn and the second line with Steven Stamkos is pretty killer. One more utility guy to toss in is Jonathan Marchessault.

A new week is upon us, though we could barely tell you what day it is with all the hockey we are consuming. There’s always more. We make all our posts on Twitter (@FantasyDFSX) for ease of access! Cheers.
