The New York Islanders found their extra gear and pulled out a win. That series is going to seven and we are pretty excited about it. We are generally team agnostic as best we can be because we just love competition and scoring, but we will not lie we kind of want Montreal to win tonight. The underdog is in the driver’s seat right now and has a chance to advance to the Stanley Cup Finals in front of their home crowd. It would be a massive win for the team and the organization.

Here’s a cautious lineup For DFS Hockey 6/24/21 (using DraftKings Values)

Carey Price has been the backbone of this team for years. He will continue for many more years with the huge contract he signed making him one of the highest paid players in the league. Let’s see if they can pull off the early upset and get themselves some extra rest.

It is so strange seeing Nick Suzuki priced higher than Mark Stone. Sure he is a center but he is on the second line and Stone is one of the faces of the NHL. It does make sense in terms of recent production though. Suzuki has been on a year and the Habs have shut down Vegas’ top line. Can Suzuki keep the fire going? Can Stone find one last push?

Now what do you get if you sign up now?
•A defenseman at very good price for his production
•A comparison similar to Stone and Suzuki that is worth choosing between
•Get 7-days for free and all-access for all sports for $99 per year after

To balance that out let’s next compare William Karlsson and Brandon Gallagher. Karlsson being the second line center for Vegas and Gallagher being a top line winger. Gallagher is underperforming big time right now and has to turn it around. The best place to do that is at home in a clinching game. Karlsson has been more consistent with over half a point a game in his last ten matches. Karlsson is a better guarantee but we are feeling like Gallagher is ready to pop off.

Right near the bottom of the rosters we have a couple other interesting guys to point out today. Jesperi Kotkaniemi finally scored a goal and has had a successful last few games. This entire squad needs to be looking for scoring chances and taking them tonight. Nick Roy is a name you have been hearing more from us recently and we are super happy to continue taking him. He is cheap and has been holding down the fort on the third line.

Shea Theodore’s price stands out given his average production. We have been focusing on Pietrangelo and Martinez lately and it is high time to look back at Shea. Whoever you think will win the game there is a good chance he helps you out.

Thirsty Thursday is here and we are ready to crack a cold one. Head over to Twitter (@FantasyDFSX) and give us a follow. Take care.
