The field continues to narrow as the Boston Bruins have been eliminated by the New York Islanders in six games. We get to see a rematch of the eastern conference final from last year which the Lightning dominated on their way to the Stanley Cup Final. Today is an opportunity for the Vegas Golden Knights to close out the series against the Colorado Avalanche. This has been a wild one with the Avs winning the first two matches and the Knights roaring back to win the next three. Can Nathan MacKinnon and crew find a way to force game seven?

Here’s a fun lineup For DFS Hockey 6/10/21 (using DraftKings Values)

CaptainN. MacKinnon$17,100

FlexB. Saad$5,000
FlexJ. Compher$4,000

Nathan MacKinnon was recognized as a finalist for the Hart trophy this morning along with Connor McDavid and Auston Matthews. The most valuable player in the league is a big deal and it is an honor to be nominated. While it is pretty clear who will win it, MacKinnon still had an amazing year and needs to find another gear to keep this team’s playoff dreams alive.

Brandon Saad continues to fill the back of the net with pucks. There is not much else to say here other than notice that he has been moved up to the top line. Landeskog was probably moved down to give some depth scoring and not keep all the talent on one line. The upgrade for Saad is noticeable though and worth chasing.

J.T. Compher is a guy who we have leaned on in the past and we like his chances tonight. He is taking a little longer to blossom than many would like but he has worked hard to earn second line center time with Nazem Kadri still out on suspension. Add Landeskog and you get a nice bump and a great value.

Now what do you get if you sign up for $99 now

  • A couple golden opportunities
  • One of the most clutch players in the game
  • DFS advice for each and every sport for an entire year

Here’s a fun lineup For DFS Hockey 6/10/21 (using DraftKings Values)

CaptainN. MacKinnon$17,100
FlexM. Pacioretty$8,800
FlexJ. Marchessault$7,800
FlexW. Karlsson$7,200
FlexB. Saad$5,000
FlexJ. Compher$4,000

Max Pacioretty had a quiet game with only an assist and a couple shots which is still decent for most NHL players. He and Mark Stone have an awesome chemistry and they benefit from Stephenson being an absolute hound on the puck. They earn each other opportunities all over the place and they are some of the best at capitalizing on them.

Jonathan Marchessault. Just looking at the price difference between the second lines it is pretty clear which team has the better one. We went after Karlsson last time and he got an assist on a Marchessault goal. These guys fly under the radar but have a ton of talent. Stack them together and you will have a good time.

William KarlssonSame as last time. This line has been on fire and we want to stoke it. Reilly Smith is around and is a little less likely to pick up the points, so of course he is going to get a hat trick tonight. Vegas probably ends up winning this one but we will give the Avalanche a fighting chance.

We are a game or two away from the conference finals and only four teams remaining. Get ready to kick it up a notch! Find us on Twitter (@FantasyDFSX) if that is your thing and have yourself an awesome Thursday.
