There are only three games to choose from today so we are getting right to it. There is no reason not to load up on the Tampa Bay Lightning who are playing a Columbus Blue Jackets team that is in free fall. We normally do not go after too many Lightning players other than their goalie because the depth of the team means it is hard to predict who is going to succeed. There are always threats on the ice and anyone can score. We have a nice spread for you and rounded it all out with some New York Rangers and a couple of Philadelphia Flyers.

Here’s an electric lineup For DFS Hockey 4/25/21 (using DraftKings Values)

Center
CenterB. Point$6,100
WingPanarin$8,400
Wing
Wing
DefenseM. Sergachev$5,500
Defense
GoalieA. Vasilevskiy$8,200
Utility $4,600

Brayden Point is having himself a respectable season and we need to remind ourselves that he has been missing one of the league;s best scores in Nikita Kucherov. Kucherov will probably be back when the playoffs start and until then Point will be dragging this team to wins. We hope he can spark Barre-Boulet one of these days. That kid needs to score a point in the worst way.

Artemi Panarin needs no introduction at this point. He is second in the league in points per game and deserves to be in some conversations for the Hart trophy. The missed time hurts but it seems like it should almost highlight how important he is to this Rangers team. He is an absolute stud.

Mikhail Sergachev has been frustratingly consistent. We have been hoping for more of a breakout season but he is still playing well over all. He is over half a point per game and it has been a few since he made it on to the scoresheet. Tonight is the night to cash in.

Andre Vasilevksiy is the MVP of this team hands down. With a .930 save % and almost down to 2.00GAA he is the front runner for the Vezina. If he falters tonight there should be concern but as we say every time we pick him he has the offensive weapons in front of him to save his bacon.

Now what do you get if you sign up for $99 now

  • A dependable third liner who is seeing top power play
  • Another grinder defenseman
  • A calculated spread of talent from a few teams to maximize value

Here’s an electric lineup For DFS Hockey 4/25/21 (using DraftKings Values)

CenterR. Strome$6,500
CenterB. Point$6,100
WingA. Panarin$8,400
WingJ. Farabee$4,500
WingLafreniere$2,900
DefenseM. Sergachev$5,500
DefenseT. Sanheim$3,300
GoalieA. Vasilevskiy$8,200
UtilityA. Killorn$4,600

Ryan Strome – C is probably the center to go for in New York. Sure Zibenejad can light it up but for $1,300 less and a sneaky stack to go with him we think Strome should be your guy.

Alexis Lafreniere – W is the sneaky stack. We went with him the other day when we noticed he moved to the top line and he performed admirably. Half his cost is already paid for with what you saved on Mika and you can still benefit from his play. Looks like a win-win to us.

Joel Farabee – W had a slightly concerning drop in minutes last game but we are hoping that benching is the spark he needs to get back on his horse. He is having a good season and just needs to mature a little more. He is on a decent second line and still sees second power play time. The opportunity is there for him, let’s see if he takes it.

Travis Sanheim – D is our other Flyer for the day. As usual he is one of those guys who is here to shoot and block shots. We like his peripherals for cheap and the draw against New Jersey should give him ample opportunity on both ends of the ice.

Alex Killorn – U. We have to load up one more from the Lightning and Killorn is the man for the job. He may be third line at even strength but this is Tampa we are talking about. He also enjoys time on the top power play and there should be plenty to feast on.
