NHL DFS Picks For April 11, 2022 (Showdown)

Cole Caufield
MONTREAL, QC - JULY 02: Montreal Canadiens right wing Cole Caufield (22) plays with a puck at warm-up before the NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs Final game 3 between the Tampa Bay Lightning versus the Montreal Canadiens on July 02, 2021, at Bell Centre in Montreal, QC (Photo by David Kirouac/Icon Sportswire)

The Winnipeg Jets kept their playoff hopes alive for one more game. There is no safety net below them as every other team in their division below them in the standings has been mathematically eliminated from playoff contention. The odds are still stacked against them, but they have trust in their backup goalie and their offense is more than capable of doing damage to Montreal.

Here’s a true north lineup For DFS Hockey 4/11/22 (using DraftKings Values)

The toughest job tonight goes to Eric Comrie. The Habs are playing with swagger and know they can score on a nightly basis. They will not be taking this matchup lightly and we expect Comrie to have a high ceiling on shots. Let’s see if he can stand on his head and steal two points from the Canadiens.

Kyle Connor got another goal and another assist. That is just what he does. There is an outside chance he gets 100 points, but even if he does not score a single one more this season he will finish over a point per game. The dude is a stud.

Pierre Luc Dubois will be taking on Mark Scheifele’s duties tonight and will be paired with Connor. He has been doing well there since moving over from Columbus and on many teams would be their bonafide number one. He will slot in seamlessly. Paul Statsny is also worth a look since he will be moving into Dubois’ old second line spot and he does well wherever he plays.

You will need some super cheap guys to take a swing on today and Mason Appleton should be on that list. He was reacquired from Seattle who took him in the expansion draft. He does not project much over the third line at this point, but we think he is finding ways to produce and be helpful to the team. A slightly cheaper and maybe higher upside is Evgeni Svechnikov. He will be slotting in the top six and would like to wow the team with his youth and skill.

We will need to get you some Canadiens to chew on to spread the love. If you are going towards them, then you should put in Cole Caufield over Connor. He has been lighting the lamp all over the place and a backup goalie is always a great target. He and Nick Suzuki will be all over the ice looking for weaknesses.

A couple veterans of theirs who have been a little quiet this year are stating to wake up. Jeff Petrydisappeared for awhile but is back on his horse. Brendan Gallagher also missed a ton of time and is fully reintegrated into the squad. The pest is back!
