It’s Week 7 of the NFL season and we have 12 games on the main slate this coming Sunday. Two key games to watch will feature a couple of strong options to put in your lineups. First, a battle for first place in the AFC South with the Colts traveling to Nashville to take on the Titans. Then in the afternoon window the Chiefs will head out west to take on the 49ers in a rematch of Super Bowl LIV. As always you want to look for opportunity and volume when drafting your FanDuel DFS lineup, and these are three talented players that will see a lot of opportunity for success on the field on Sunday.

Josh Jacobs ($8,600): When Jacobs took the field for the Hall of Fame game in early August after the Raiders declined his fifth year option, it looked like he was going to take even more of a step back in 2022 after a down year in 2021. That has been far from the case. Jacobs has at least 18 touches in every game since Week 1, including 59 total touches in his last two games. Just based on the eye test against Kansas City he looks rejuvenated in this Josh McDaniels offense, putting up 27.8 fantasy points in prime time. This week he faces a Texans team that ranks 30th in the league in rushing yards allowed per game at 164.8. They are unable to contain anyone on the ground, and in a game that Las Vegas is favored in by a full touchdown expect Jacobs to see a lot of work and a lot of production.
Michael Pittman Jr. ($7,500): After starting the season with a 22.6 point effort, Pittman had three straight underwhelming performances. He was able to get back on track last week against Jacksonville with a big game, something that should continue this Sunday. Matt Ryan leads the league in pass attempts through six weeks and he will throw the ball a lot in what should be a close game against their division rival. The Titans rank dead last in passing yards allowed per game at 287.6 to go along with 12 receiving touchdowns surrendered. Those 12 are tied for the second most in the league, and they have already had a bye week. Pittman should feast once again on Sunday.
Jimmy Garoppolo ($7,200): If you are looking to spend big at other positions and go cheaper at quarterback, Garoppolo is the way to go this week. He has 18+ FPPG the last two weeks and this week he faces a Chiefs defense that has struggled through the air, giving up a league leading 15 passing touchdowns and ranking 27th in passing yards allowed per game. This game has the third highest total at 48.5 in which the 49ers at 2.5 point dogs. While Garoppolo may not be a sexy pick, he will be throwing and throwing often on Sunday afternoon in a favorable matchup.
