PUBLISHER’S NOTE: Keep and eye out for last-minute COVID changes. We just had to redo today’s hockey into a one-game “showdown” because one of the two games is now postponed.
The NFL has postponed a few games that were scheduled for Sunday because of COVID, infecting a majority of players on certain teams. So in return we get a football action until Tuesday…oh yeahhh! Eight teams to gather players from, and still tons of value available as some players will still not clear protocols. Let’s dive into all the positions we like for this mini slate, and remember to keep your Tuesday players in your flex position, in case there is a late scratch to someone you rostered.
Quarterbacks:
Justin Fields ($5,200 DK/$7,000 FD) The rookie signal caller has a great matchup at home against the Vikes, who are at the bottom of the league in allowing fantasy points to quarterbacks. Fields will also be able to use his legs in this contest, but what is most enticing is his price tag.

Quarterbacks:
Kirk Cousins ($5,900 DK/$8,000 FD) Chicago has one of the worst secondaries in the league, where Cousins may have to look to exploit tonight as the Bears have been in the trenches stopping the run lately. Chicago ranks 28th in the league to opposing quarterbacks, and Cousinshas had a solid high floor all season.
Running Backs:
Dalvin Cook ($8,000 DK/$9,000 FD) Is the best running back on the slate, even though he may have a tough match up tonight, his back up Alexander Mattison is out with COVID Protocols. Last week Cook rushed for 200 plus yards and two touchdowns, his best game this year.
Nick Chubb ($7,700 DK/$8,000 FD) No Kareem Hunt to take away snaps, against the Raiders who cannot stop the run. The Browns are banged up pretty bad at wide receiver and quarterback, and will clearly want to feed Chubb all day.
Wide Receiver :
Cooper Kupp ($8,800 DK/$9,500 FD) An unfadeable stud who demands the football. He is the definition of consistency and puts up huge numbers at the position every week.
Darrell Mooney ($5,000 DK/$6,100 FD) The speedy wideout will look to feast on the super soft matchup. Fellow Bears wide out Allen Robinson looks like he may not suit up, Mooney should get the lion share of targets tonight.
Donovan Peoples-Jones ($4,200 DK/$5,900 FD) Will be the only healthy body for whoever is throwing the football tonight for the Browns. Hopefully it’s Baker Mayfield, but Landry landed on IR which leaves Jones a nice cheap play at receiver.
Tight End:
David Njoku ($3,600 DK/$5,200 FD) Like the Browns receiver core, Njoku is the only healthy body at tight end, and the Raiders have not been defending the position at all this year, and rank 28th on the year.
Gerald Everett ($3,600 DK/$5,100 FD) Seattle lost top receiver Tyler Lockett to COVID, which would funnel more targets to Everett on Tuesday, a game where Seattle would most likely be trailing and needing to throw it more. It can also be said to be another revenge game for him, as he played in LA for the past few seasons before losing his job to Tyler Higbee.
Defense:
Philadelphia Eagles ($3,400 DK/$4,800 FD) have Washington on Tuesday, who have been ravaged by COVID. About every position on WFT has been compromised, especially at quarterback. Phila has a good chance for a lot of turnover opportunity tomorrow night, and maybe even a shut out.
