NFL DFS Main Slate Value Advice – Week 12

Cam Newton

Cam Newton ($5,100 DK/$6,500 FD) was insanely priced down last week, and we hooked you up for a cheap 26 fantasy point quarterback. We don’t have to tell you to draft Aaron Rodgers as your quarterback, way too obvious. Here we give you a different route to cashing in DFS, the only way to make the moneyline is through value. Here’s our free pick of the week, and it’s a juicy one…

Dontrell Hilliard ($4,600 DK/$5,500 FD) The Titans have been mutilated by injuries all season, and this week they will be without A. J. Brown again. Which leaves Hilliard as one of Tennessee’s only weapons out of the backfield, as McNicholas has also been ruled out. Last week he emerged from the depth charts with eight catches for 47 yards, and 35 on the ground.

Value at Quarterback:

Tyrod Taylor ($5,300 DK/$7,400 FD) Even though he did not throw it much last week, he scored twice with his legs. Houston is hosting the Jets, who have been bleeding fantasy points on all sides of the football, so Tyrod holds great value this week.

Cam Newton ($5,600 DK/$8,000 FD) is still way underpriced on DraftKings, 26 FPTS. he produced against Washington. He faces another suspect defense in Miami, he may be too pricy on FanDuel though, so if you like Cam use him on DK only.

Value at Running Back:

Ty Johnson ($5,300 DK/$7,400 FD) will have a heavier workload this week in Houston, as feature rookie back Michael Carter will miss 2-3 weeks for an ankle sprain. Johnson has produced double digit fantasy points in three of the last five games due to his pass catching ability out of the backfield.

Value at Wide Receiver:

John Ross ($3,300 DK/$5,200 FD) has a questionable tag going into the game, but if he suits up he should see an increase in snaps, as starting wideouts Sterling Shepard and Kadarius Toney will be sitting this one out.

Scotty Miller ($3,000 DK/$5,000 FD) is back from a toe injury and with Antonio Brown still banged up, Brady will take a shot downfield and Miller has been his guy in Tampa before Brown came on board last season. Scotty is a nice play for GPP.

Value at Tight End:

Rob Gronkowski ($4,400 DK/$6,500) Brady’s most trusted target for ten plus years is super cheap on DK, and has a great matchup. The Colts have shown weakness defending the tight end position, as last week Dawson Knox caught six of ten targets for 80 yards. Gronk had a nice first game back from injury against the Giants, catching six for 71 yards.
