The two game slates continue tonight as the Atlanta Hawks host the Philadelphia 76ers for game three and the Phoenix Suns match up with the Denver Nuggets. We do not have a ton of value tonight, so we are using a balanced build and must be careful with our salary. Unless more injury news opens, we do not have any strong plays under $4,000 tonight, so we are forced into the more balanced construction. With that said, we have some stars we really like prioritizing for this one at the top of the slate. Furthermore, we have some underpriced studs with massive upside for this one. We are looking to the Atlanta Hawks as our favorite squad for tonight, as there are a lot of extra minutes with De’Andre Hunter off the floor.

Here’s a stars and scrubs lineup For DFS Basketball 6/11/21 (using DraftKings Values)

Point GuardC. Paul $7,100
Shooting GuardK. Huerter $4,700
Small ForwardM. Bridges $4,900
Power ForwardJ. Collins $5,800
Center
Guard
Forward $4,500
Utility

Chris Paul looks fantastic tonight as he has looked much healthier this series then against the Lakers. Paul has been fantastic in both games against the Nuggets, scoring 49 and 50.25 FPTS, respectively. Paul is one of our favorite studs here as he is only $7,100, despite having some of the best upside on the slate. If Paul is going to score 45-50 FPTS again, he will be an absolute must on this two-gamer. The only reason to get away from Paul here is health concerns, which have not looked too troubling the past few games.

We do not have a lot of value on tonight’s slate, so we are all over the cheap plays we get from the Atlanta Hawks. With Hunter out, a lot of these guys are going to have to play a lot of minutes as we have seen recently. We like getting to Kevin Huerter at $4,700, as he has seen a huge role without Hunter the past few games. Huerter saw a massive minutes boost when Hunter went down, playing 29 and 36 minutes in the last two games. Huerter scored 30.25 and 29 FPTS in those games, either of which would be fantastic value for this price point. If Huerter is to play around 30 minutes again tonight, he is a little too cheap here.

As this one of the playoff slates that really lacks cheap value plays, we are forced to look at the value options in the $4.500 – $5,000 range. Mikal Bridges seems a little too cheap here at $4,900, as we know he has a great role with some real upside. Bridges was disappointing last game with 19.5 FPTS, however he put up almost no peripheral stats. We have typically seen Bridges play around 30 minutes or more over the playoffs, so we can expect him to have some contribution with rebounds and assists. Bridges played 29 minutes last game in an absolute blowout, so feel great about his minutes floor. We saw Bridges go for over 44 FPTS a few games ago, and his upside looks a lot better than some other guys in this price range.

John Collins is one of our two favorite plays tonight along with Paul. Collins is a steal here at $5,800, as he can easily smash this price tag. Collins showed a floor performance last time around with 25.5 FPTS, which is not even that crushing at this price tag. Collins averaged 31.5 FPTS on the season, and he has been playing a lot of minutes lately. It feels like a big game is coming for Collins, but he should be able to give us some great value regardless. Collins has played 34 or more minutes in each of his past three games, and he has always been an effective producer. Collins is totally price for his floor here and we are all for it.

Joel Embiid – C ($10,300 DK)As he has been for the past two slates, Embiid is listed as questionable going into tonight’s contest. However, we have seen Embiid play full minutes in each of the last two games, so we expect him to be good to go tonight. Embiid has played 38 and 35 minutes in each of the past two games, scoring well over 60 FPTS in both. Embiid has been fantastic lately and he is still a little too cheap for his production here. Embiid has crushed the Hawks frontcourt in both games this series, so we like betting on him to do it again tonight.

Ben Simmons – G ($7,700 DK) Simmons really showed his floor last time around as he scored 23.3 FPTS on only 4 real points. Simmons hardly even tried to score the ball and the peripherals were a lot worse than we expect. However, Simmons has seen a significant drop in price for tonight and we are able to get him at a nice tag here.  Simmons has fantastic triple double upside and we have seen him have some huge games over the playoffs. With the lack of value tonight it is harder to pay up for multiple superstars, so we are a lot more interested in cheaper studs like Simmons.

Danny Green – F ($4,500 DK) Green is never an exciting play, but we are desperate for value tonight, and Green is one of our cheapest viable plays at $4,500. We expect Green to play about 30 minutes here, as he played 26 minutes in a blowout win last time around. Green went for 27.25 FPTS last game, which is what we are hoping to see again tonight.

Danilo Gallinari – Util ($4,800 DK) We like getting to all the Hawks forwards tonight with Hunter out. We saw a nice opportunity for Gallinari last game as he played 26 minutes and put up 15 shot attempts. Gallinari smashed last time around with 37.75 FPTS. We know Gallinari always has fantastic upside if his shots are falling, so we really like using him for value in tournaments tonight.

Here’s a stars and scrubs lineup For DFS Basketball 6/11/21 (using FanDuel Values)

Point GuardF. Campazzo $5,000
Point GuardC. Paul $8,200
Shooting GuardK. Huerter $5,300
Shooting GuardB. Bogdanovic $6,800
Small ForwardM. Bridges $6,100
Small ForwardD. Gallinari $5,400
Power ForwardJ. Collins $6,500
Power ForwardJ. Crowder $5,500
CenterJ. Embiid $11,000

Facundo Campazzo – PG (5,000 FD) Campazzo was disappointing last time out, but he continued to see a lot of floor time for the Nuggets. Campazzo played 29 minutes last game and we have seen him play over 30 minutes consistently throughout the playoffs. IF Campazzo continues to get massive run here, we expect him to be able to give us some solid value at this price.

Bogdan Bogdanovic – PG (6,800 FD) We really like getting to Bogdanovic on both sites, as we have seen huge opportunities for him recently. Bogdanovic played over 40 minutes last time around without the Hawks and he is one of there top usage guys. If Bogdanovic has a good shooting night he will break the slate, as he has been giving solid value while only hitting a third of his shots.

Jae Crowder – PF (5,500 FD) The power forward position on FanDuel is quite ugly tonight so we are looking at plays like Crowder who we know play solid minutes. Crowder typically plays around 30 minutes and is always a solid value option in this price range. We have seen some big nights from Crowder throughout the playoffs, as he has showed upside north of 40 FPTS.
