A lot of star players have already been ruled out for tonight’s action. Creating tons of value tonight and multiple core plays. We have ten games to choose from tonight, however I am focused on teams with absent players. My favorite team to stack today is the Oklahoma City Thunder, who will have heaps of extra usage in the absence of Shai Gilgeous-Alexander.

Theo Maledon has become a regular in our lineups, as he has consistently been hitting value for his price. Today, Maledon will be the starting point guard and dominant ball handler for the Thunder. It is not an exaggeration to say Maledon should get the largest role of his career today. With a price of $4,300 Maledon has a huge floor and should crush value.
We are attacking the Thunder players heavily tonight, as they should all get a massive boost without Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. Darius Bazley is a player that I expect to pick up massive usage today. Bazley is one of the highest usage players on the team and will soak up the extra opportunity today. Priced at only 5,200 Bazley can easily lead his team in shots and break the slate.
Staying on the topic of the Thunder, Al Horford is another strong play tonight. Horford has been hitting value at his $6,000 price and should get massive usage today. Someone on this Thunder squad is going to explode today, Horford is as good a candidate as any.
With all the injury news today, it will not be hard to find extra salary and spend up. Which is what makes Bradley Beal a core play for me today. No Westbrook is really all the reasoning you need to lock in Beal. However today he fits very nicely with the value plays we have highlighted. Beal has monster upside, and he loves to show it when Westbrook is out.

Hamidou Diallo – SG ($4,500 DK) Diallo might be my favorite of many strong Thunder plays. Diallo will move from the bench to the starting five and will get the largest minutes boost on the team. Diallo is a high usage player who is typically limited in playing time, but tonight Diallo will play massive minutes tonight with increased usage. Diallo is another core play given his price and position eligibility.
DeMar DeRozan – PF ($6,900 DK) DeRozan is a lock whenever he is priced shy of $7,000. DeRozan has had a few disappointing games, however he has a great matchup tonight. Minnesota struggle immensely on the defensive end and DeRozan has a high scoring game in store. DeRozan is averaging 37.8 FPTS on the season and has shown huge upside. If DeRozan has a big game today, he will be a must have at this price.
Victor Oladipo – G ($7,800 DK) John Wall is out tonight and Oladipo will be the dominant ball handler for the Rockets. Oladipo is priced reasonably tonight and is not going to be hard to pay up for. Oladipo has massive upside without Wall, as he should get huge minutes at point guard.
Kevin Huerter – F ($5,600 DK) Huerter is going to be moving into the starting lineup tonight for the Hawks. Huerter’s recent production has been underwhelming at this price. However, Huerter should see extended run today. Huerter should get all the opportunity for a big game if he is hot tonight.
Alternative Moves…
Joel Embiid – C ($10,000 DK) Embiid has emerged as an early MVP candidate this year behind multiple massive games. Embiid is a fantasy beast who can completely stuff the stat sheet. Embiid scored over 59 FPTS last game and has an easy matchup today against Charlotte. Embiid has as high upside as anyone and is not hard to fit into lineups today.
LaMelo Ball – G ($7,000 DK) Ball is not a play I will be getting to if he is coming off the bench today. However, if he remains in the starting lineup, he is a strong play with massive upside. We have seen Ball dominate in games where he gets big minutes, which will happen if he starts.
