Seven games today and there is a ridiculous amount of value on tonight’s slate. The first thing we must mention is the Toronto Raptors tonight, as Pascal Siakam will be joining Fred VanVleet and Kyle Lowry on the sideline. Role players will become the dominant options for Toronto, and we want a ton of exposure to any Raptors left standing. Half of our lineup consists of Raptors and frankly we would not be comfortable with much less. We will be playing stars and scrubs today as we have some fantastic value locked in from Toronto. Outside of Toronto, we are targeting a few guys who are missing teammates and a big man who has the dream matchup tonight.

Here’s a stars and scrubs lineup For DFS Basketball 4/10/21 (using DraftKings Values)

Point GuardR. Westbrook $10,900
Shooting GuardG. Trent Jr. $5,600
Small ForwardD. Bembry $3,600
Power Forward
Center
Guard
Forward  $5,400
UtilityE. Kanter $5,900

We spoke yesterday about how Russell Westbrook has emerged as top NBA DFS producer the last month or so. Westbrook has hit over 50 FPTS in nine straight games and he has hit over 60 in five of his past 10. Westbrook went has gone for over 60 FPTS in each of his last three games and is too cheap tonight at $10,900. Westbrook does have a very tough Sun’s matchup tonight; however, he still looks like he should be the top raw FPTS play on the slate. When we got all the Toronto news, we knew we would have enough extra salary to prioritize Westbrook.

We mentioned that the Raptors are our favorite team to target tonight, as we expect a massive boost to the healthy rotation guys tonight. Gary Trent JR is a priority play for us tonight as his price has went down to $5,600.      We have no doubt that Trent is going to have a massive role tonight and we expect he could be in for north of 40 minutes tonight. Trent has played over 30 minutes in each of his last six and he played 39 minutes last game. Trent will have a massive opportunity here and he should be one of the best plays on the slate with a good shooting night.

There are a few Raptors that are locks for us tonight and DeAndre Bembry is one of them. Bembry was suspended last game but he is perfectly healthy, and we expect him back in the starting lineup today. Bembry played 32 minutes and played over 20 minutes in each game since Toronto caught injuries. Bembry has been a surprisingly high usage guy and has shot 10 times in each of the last two games. With Siakam out the role could be even bigger for Bembry and he is impossible to get away from at the $3,600 price tag.

We already know that Jusuf Nurkic is out for tonight and we are looking at Enes Kanter in his absence. Kanter has seen his price drop to $5,900 as he has limited minutes with Nurkic in the rotation. However, Kanter was significantly more expensive than this when he was consistently starting. He will also have a good matchup with Detroit tonight. The center position has a ton of opportunity cost tonight, and we want to get someone with massive upside. Kanter has had big games recently and he can absolutely go off with full starter minutes. Kanter has great upside, and the risk is somewhat priced out.

Now what do you get if you sign up now?
• More priority plays from Toronto
• A big man with the perfect matchup

OG Anunoby – PF (6,600 DK) Similar to Trent Jr, it is not off the table for Anunoby to play the full 48 minutes tonight. This price is phenomenal for the role that we expect from Anunoby with Siakam joining the injured Raptors. Anunoby has scored over 30 FPTS in eight of his last ten games, with one of the exceptions being when he was ejected early. Anunoby played 41 minutes last game and took 17 shots, and we expect him to have a similar or even bigger role without Siakam. Anunoby has some massive upside in this spot as he may be the top guy for Toronto tonight.

DeAndre Ayton – C ($6,700 DK) Ayton has been solid lately and his price has remained too low. Ayton has scored 46.75, 45 and 36.5 in this last three games and he has a great matchup tonight. Ayton is way too cheap for his recent production and we expect him to be this type of producer in DFS. The matchup with Washington makes Ayton a smash play for us, as they are miserable defensively. The Wizards play at a lightning fast paced and they also do not rebound. Ayton should be able to have his way with this frontcourt and go for another nice night.

Malachi Flynn – G ($5,300 DK) Flynn has been a dominant producer since the Raptors backcourt got hurt. Flynn has played over 30 minutes in each of his last four games and he has crushed value at this price in every single one of them. Flynn has seen his price rise over $2,000 the past four slates but he is still about $1,000 too cheap going into tonight. Siakam being out can only be good for Flynn and we have seen him go over 40 FPTS recently. Flynn should be a top usage guy for tonight’s gutted Raptors and there is no reason not to roster him tonight.

Joe Ingles – F ($5,400 DK) Ingles was last man in for us tonight and he is not someone we would call a lock. However, he is in a great spot with Jordan Clarkson most likely out again. Ingles saw 34.5 minutes and 13 shots last game. We expect another big opportunity from ingles as he is relied on a lot more offensively without Clarkson. We saw the Jazz use Ingles as more of a sparkplug without Clarkson and he should have to do a little extra again tonight. We just got the news Lu Dortis going to be coming off his seven-game absence tonight and he has great upside for tournaments. He fits in this spot; however, he does have a low floor as we do not know what his minutes will look like first game back.

Here’s a stars and scrubs lineup For DFS Basketball 4/10/21 (using FanDuel Values)

Point GuardR. Westbrook $11,300
Point GuardM. Flynn  $6,000
Shooting GuardG. Trent $6,300
Shooting GuardJ. Ingles $5,900
Small ForwardK. Porter $6,600
Small ForwardO. Anunoby $7,700
Power ForwardC. Wood $7,800
Power ForwardM. Bridges $3,900
CenterG. Bitadze $5,000

Kevin Porter – SF (6,600 FD) Porter has great upside, and he is a pretty high usage guy for Houston. The Rockets have a great matchup with the Warriors tonight and it could be a big night for Porter. Porter went for 37.7 FPTS last game and we know he has upside for much more.

Christian Wood – PF ($7.800 FD) The price tag has dropped on Wood and we are happy to roster him under $8,000. Wood has massive upside and shows us multiple games over 50 FPTS this season. The matchup with the Warriors is great and we love getting to Wood as he should be in for a big performance in this spot. The Golden State big men are atrocious on defense and they may be in for a long night against Wood.

Kenyon Martin  – PF ($3.900 FD) The Rockets look great with the Warriors matchup, and we really like the price on Martin tonight. Martin has scored over 20 FPTS in four out of his last five outing and he has shown some decent upside. The Warriors are a great matchup and Martin is a solid value as of now. He will look even better if more guys are ruled out for Houston.

We got a ton of news right before lock yesterday and that could happen again tonight. It is crucial to check the news before lock.
