As we head into Las Vegas Race Week, we will have to look at drivers’ stats and history from this course and other similar courses as we build our lineup this week. This week we are going to focus on finding value by looking at previous top contenders at Las Vegas the past couple of years. There are quite a few value drivers that you can insert into your lineup. Let’s now take a deep dive into who I think you can insert into your lineup for the Victoria’s Voice Foundation 200 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
Past Winners/Track Knowledge
It’s time for the NASCARs Truck Series to take their best shot winning at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. The Truck Series raced at Las Vegas earlier in 2021 where John H Nemechek left victorious. This will be a 203-mile race where the drivers will be tasked with completing 134 laps around the Motor Speedway. Las Vegas Motor Speedway is a 1.5-mile Speedway, with an asphalt surface. This raceway is home to 4 turns that will push drivers to the limit. The best part about Las Vegas is that each turn has its own set of challenges that the drivers must overcome. With Las Vegas being a tricky track with a history there is a lot of data to sift through as we build out winning lineup.

A-List Premium Price Drivers
Sheldon Creed ($10,600)
This pick is in the realm of a no-brainer to me. Sheldon Creed has for the most part been a sure thing all year. Creed has been one of the best drivers in the Truck Series this year where he has three wins, eight top five finishes, nine top 10 finishes, and has led 596 laps. I think Creed is a lock for a top 5 finish in this race and he is my pick to win. Creed is going to start this race in ninth, which gives him some more point potential. I really like this pick this week.
Grant Enfinger ($10,000)
Picking part-time drivers in DFS has its pros and cons, but with how well Grant Enfinger has raced this season, honestly how can you not pick him. So far, in 2021 Enfinger has six top five finishes and 10 top 10 finishes. I think it goes without saying that Enfinger’s best year in the Truck Series was 2020. As a full time, driver, he finished the season with four wins (Daytona, Atlanta, Richmond, and Martinsville), eight top-five finishes, 13 top 10 finishes, and 156 laps led. The four wins were a career high. I do not see why Enfinger cannot get into the top 10 this weekend. If he does you will be happy he is in your lineup. Enfinger has raced at Las Vegas seven times over the last three years where he has one win, two top five finishes, and four top 10 finishes. That is pretty good if you ask me. Enfinger has consistently showed that he is an excellent racer at Las Vegas, and I think he provides huge value this weekend, even at his price

Austin Hill ($9,800)
Hill had a hard time getting to his first win of the year this year until he exploded on the scene with back-to-back wins at Knoxville Raceway and Watkins Glen International. Ever since the Truck Series left Daytona Hill has finished top 10 in every race but Darlington and Worldwide Technology Raceway, where he finished 23rd and 12th respectively. So far in the 2021 season Hill has two wins, seven top five finishes, 12 top 10 finishes and surprisingly only 62 laps led. Plus, a top 10 finish in the Xfinity Series. Hill was a dominant racer in the 2019 and 2020 seasons where he had six wins, 18 top five finishes, 30 top 10 finishes and led 557 laps. Hill is a great pick this week. Hill comes in as one of the hottest drivers at Vegas the last three years where he has two wins and four top five finishes in seven races.
B-List Value Drivers
Tanner Gray ($7,700)
Returning for his second full time season Tanner Gray is driving the Number 15 Ford F-150 for David Gilliland Racing. In Tanners rookie season, he earned four top five finishes and eight top 10 finishes. Outside of his eight races where he finished top 10, he had an average finish of 16.1 in 2020. I really like Gray at his price point this week. Gray has put together 10 top 20 finishes this year and I think he adds another. Another thing to keep in mind is that Gray has moved up in 10 of 19 races this year.
C-List Sleeper Pick Drivers
Tate Fogleman ($6,300)
This driver is my deep sleeper of the week, Tate Fogleman is a value-based pick this week that enables me to pick two top-flight drivers in Sheldon Creed and Grant Enfinger. In Fogleman’s first full-time season in 2020 he was unable to make any top 10 finishes, however, did have three top 15 finishes. Starting 33rd in this Fridays Truck race Fogleman could be the key to winning this week due to his potential for point differential points. In 2019, while part of the CARS Super Late Model Tour Fogleman had three top-five finishes in eight races.
