Peanut butter and Jelly. Salt and Pepper. Thanksgiving and Football. Some things just go together. There are some guys playing Thursday I love that I think can win you your lineup, let me know what you think!
Noon game: Detroit VS Buffalo:
Gabe Davis- I think Diggs has a solid game vs Detroit, but teams are starting to pick up the “he’s not going to beat us” mentality. This offers up a great opportunity for Davis to get really good looks against one of the worst defenses in the league.
Devin Singletary- I think Buffalo dominates most of this game, and as a result, they are going to have to run out the clock. Singletary has the usage rates and talent to hit 100 yards and a TD on thanksgiving.
Deandre Swift- Jamaal Williams has been an absolute TD machine this year, but part of that is due to Swift’s struggles with staying healthy this year. Off of a short week where Williams was used more, I like Swift to get more touches this week.
Dallas VS New York
Tony Pollard- Simply, books still aren’t valuing Pollard to the level he plays at. Last week was the first time in Pollard’s career that he got an equal number of carries as Zeke when they both played a full game. Pollard, by every PFF statistic, is the best RB in league, put him in your lineups.
Michael Gallup- A bit more of a sleeper pick, Gallup is due for a big game. The WR2 on Dallas has proven skill and is going against a crumbling Giants Defense. Gallup could be a solid play to get your team up if your lineup is front-heavy.
New England Vs Minnesota
Justin Jefferson- Due for a huge game after getting shut down vs Dallas, Jefferson should get at least ten targets when the Pats come into town. This New England D is still a threat, but I think it shuts down the run game more than the pass.
No one else- I really don’t love anyone else in this game. New England’s offense has been lackluster in the last few games, and Minnesota might be the worst 8-2 of all time. I’m sure one person will break through, but this game is hard to get a read on, leaving me hesitant to take anyone except Jefferson.
