Injuries to receivers and quarterbacks are starting to mount and causing regression and opportunities at the wide receiver position. So, check out this week’s high-end picks, best values, and some buyer beware picks at wide receiver.

Justin Jefferson – ($7,700 DK, $8,000 FD) – Jefferson is the second-highest salary on both sites this week. While Davante Adams is the top receiver again this week, I’m leaning towards Jefferson. The Vikings have a big NFC North game versus the Lions and both teams have awful defenses. I expect a shoot-out here and with Dalvin Cook still struggling to return, this is a perfect opportunity for a huge JJ week! If you still need stats to agree with me, Jefferson averages 22.23 fantasy points per game when playing at home versus an average defense.

DeAndre Hopkins – BEWARE –  ($7,600 DK, $7,500 FD) – Hopkins is one of the best receivers in the league. There is one problem though, Kyler Murray and the Cardinals are trying to win football games and damnit, that sucks for Hopkins’ fantasy owners! Murray has been spreading the ball around to all of his receivers and so Hopkins is ranked 49th in average yards per game and 40th in average receptions per game. This week, they play the 49ers but I’m guessing this will be a blow out early based on how the Cards handled the powerful Rams offense last week and therefore Hopkins won’t see a ton of targets. I’ll pass on Nuk again this week.

• You get ALL-SPORT, ALL-ACCESS to every DFS piece of content that we publish for an entire year.
• You will see my best values that could be GPP gold.

• You will see two players who we love but we are shading this week. We will explain exactly why and hope they still love us next week.

Best Value – WR – Laviska Shenault Jr. – ($4,800 DK, $5,800 FD) – The injury to DJ Chark last week puts Shenault in forefront as the main target this week for Trevor Lawrence as the Jaguars tackle the Titans who ranked 31st in fantasy points given up. Shenault isn’t dirt cheap, but honestly, there aren’t too many cheap and useful receivers on the slates this week. So, grab Shenault as one of your receivers and use the saved money elsewhere.

Best Mid-Value – WR – CeeDee Lamb – ($6,200 DK, $6,900 FD) – Lamb’s price has dropped over the past couple of weeks making him a very nice bargain this week in the Cowboys game versus the Giants. This should be a shoot-out as both teams struggle in giving up points to receivers. Lamb at home versus an average defense has averaged 18.35 fantasy points per game and is 100 percent consistent. His price will start climbing after this week, so grab him while he’s cheap..

Mike Evans – BEWARE –  ($6,800 DK, $7,000 FD) – We saw last week how the Bucs did what they needed to do to beat the Patriots. In doing so, the Bucs relied more on the run game than the pass game and Brady, Godwin and Evans all missed out on a Clutch Game. Well, guess what? This week they play the Dolphins at home with Jacoby Brissett at quarterback. I’m assuming that we will see a similar offensive display this week from the Bucs, so leave those guys off your DFS lineups again this week.
