The NFL is back this coming weekend and we are ready to win you some money in DFS this week and every week this season! So, let’s get started with the wide receivers. We have some high-end picks, best values, and some buyer beware picks.

Davante Adams – ($8,300 DK, $8,600 FD) – Adams is one of the most expensive receivers in both contests and for good reason, he’s Davante Adams! In all seriousness, Adams is a PPR machine and should be peppered with targets from Aaron Rodgers this week and all season. Let’s add in the fact, that Adams destroys average defenses (ranked 11th – 22nd in fantasy points given up to receivers). His past numbers show him averaging 23.95 fantasy points per game and he’s 100 percent consistent in those games. He’s a stud worth the price this week.

DeAndre Hopkins – BEWARE –  ($7,800 DK, $8,200 FD) – Hopkins is a stud and is priced like one almost every week. So, if you’re going to play him in DFS, you better be sure he’s going to get you some top fantasy numbers. The matchup this week looks good on paper versus a bad Titans pass defense. However, last year Hopkins did very poorly at home versus a bad defense (ranked in the bottom 10 in fantasy points given up to receivers). In fact, he only averaged 9.72 fantasy points and had a zero consistency rating. Let’s pass on Hopkins this week.

So What Do You Get If You Subscribe Now For $199 (year)?

• You get ALL-SPORT, ALL-ACCESS to every DFS piece of content that we publish for an entire year.
• You will see my best values that could be GPP gold.

• You will see two players who we love but we are shading this week. We will explain exactly why and hope they still love us next week.

Best Value – WR – Robby Anderson ($5,700 DK, $6,200 FD) Remember in the quarterbacks article when I mentioned the “revenge” game, well Robby Anderson is part of the duo from the Jets who now plays for the Panthers and if you don’t think that Robby doesn’t want to be part of that revenge game with Darnold, you’d be sadly mistaken! Now you can start Tyreek Hill and Calvin Ridley along with Robby and crush it this week!

Best Value – RB – Brandin Cooks ($5,300 DK, $6,300 FD) – I normally won’t have two best value wide receivers, but I just couldn’t pass up listing Brandin Cooks, playing at home versus a terrible Jaguars pass defense! Last season, at home, Cooks averaged 18.54 fantasy points per game and was 88% consistent. Start these two and load up on top running backs or tight ends!

Terry McLaurin – BEWARE –  ($6,400 DK, $6,900 FD) – McLaurin is another one of my favorite consistent season-long receivers. However, this week, is not a good week to put him in your DFS lineup. He’s playing at home against a very good (top 10) pass defense in the Los Angeles Chargers. His past stats at home versus a good defense has him averaging on 5.27 fantasy points per game and a zero consistency rating. He’s a hard pass for this week.

Overall, this week we are seeing some potentially huge values but a few people to stay away from that we normally give a full endorsement. Week One is going to be a little more tricky but with some careful consideration to these great values above,  you are going to be in great shape.
