Well, it’s Week 4 and we are already at there is Travis Kelce and everyone else. So, let’s get started with the tight ends. We have some high-end picks, best values, and some buyer beware picks.
Travis Kelce – ($8,100 DK, $8,200 FD) – Kelce remains as the most expensive tight end on both sites by as much as $2,200 on DraftKings. Once again, he has a great matchup this week versus the Eagles. The Eagles rank 25th in giving up points to the tight end. Kelce has averaged 18.53 fantasy points per game and is 100 percent consistent when playing away versus a bad defense. Kelce is very expensive compared to most of the tight ends, but he certainly can be worth it.
Mark Andrews – BEWARE – ($5,300 DK, $6,500 FD) – Andrews is the fourth most expensive tight end this week. However, he and the Ravens are palying on the road against a tough defense in Denver. The Broncos rank third in giving up the fewest points to tight ends. Andrews has historically been pathetic when playing away versus a tough defense. He’s only averaging 5.56 fantasy points per game and is 14 percent consistent. Stay very far away from Andrews in DFS this week.

Best Value – TE – Zach Ertz – ($3,500 DK, $4,700 FD) – Ertz earned 15.3 fantasy points last week and is still one of the least expensive starting (ok sharing with Goedert) tight ends. This week, the Chiefs are coming to town and we all know that will be a big time shoot-out on both teams. I’m expecting Ertz to easily exceed 10 fantasy points again. He’s an excellent value for your DFS teams this week.
Best Mid-Value – TE – George Kittle – ($5,900 DK, $6,700 FD) – Again, most tight ends are mid-values when Kelce is so expensive. Kittle hasn’t been the “Kelce-killer” for your fantasy teams. Many expected him to hang with Kelce this year if he was healthy. But he hasn’t. This week, there’s hope. The 49ers get the Seahawks who gave up 20 fantasy points to Tyler Conklin last week. Kittle has been historically consistent (100 percent) and has averaged 16.13 fantasy per game in this game scenario. He’s worth adding to your DFS lineup this week.
Overall, this week we are seeing some potentially huge values but a few people to stay away from that we normally give a full endorsement.
