The Bye Week Hell is upon us, but we still have some great picks for you this week. Find out here as we break down the winners and losers in DFS for Week 7!

Darrell Henderson – ($6,600 DK, $8,000 FD) – Believe it or not, Henderson is the fourth most expensive active running back on one site and third-most on another. Scary, huh? But I’m all in for him this week. He earned 23.7 fantasy points last week versus the Giants who ranked 27th. This week, he goes against the Lions at home and they rank 31st. If he can match last week, that’s a great value for him. I’m starting him in my games and so should you.

Derrick Henry – BEWARE –  ($9,200 DK, $11,000 FD) – Henry is HORRIBLY expensive this week. He’s $1,700 ahead of the second place (active player) on DraftKings and $2,500 more on FanDuel. Are you freaking kidding me? I love King Henry as much as the next person, but that’s too much. This week, he’s playing at home against a bad Chiefs defense. But historically, he’s “only” averaging 24.00 fantasy points per game and is 67 percent consistent. That’s very good but still overvalued for me.

• You will see my best values that could be GPP gold.

• You will see two players who we love but we are shading this week. We will explain exactly why and hope they still love us next week.

Best Value – RB – Kenyan Drake – ($4,900 DK, $5,500 FD) – There’s a new regime in Las Vegas and the Raiders looked better for it last week. But none more than Kenyan Drake. He was finally used like the player they signed for big money last summer. He scored 20.3 fantasy points last week and this week gets the Eagles at home. The Eagles rank 26th in giving up fantasy points to running backs. This could be a shoot-out that will keep Drake involved. He’s definitely one of the best values this week.

Best Mid-Value – RB – Damien Harris – ($5,700 DK, $6,800 FD) – Damien Harris looked great last week versus an average Cowboys defense by scoring 17.30 fantasy points. This week, the Jets comes to town and they ranked 32nd in giving up fantasy points to running backs. He’s a great mid-value at running back this week. Make sure he gets into your lineup.

Aaron Jones – BEWARE –  ($7,500 DK, $8,500 FD) – Jones is the second most expensive running back this week. The Packers tackle the Washington Football Team at home. They are an average defense so far this year ranking 21st against running backs. Jones has averaged 16.90 fantasy points per game and is only 50 percent consistent in those games in the past. I’m going to pass on that value this week.

Overall, this week we are seeing some potentially huge values but a few people to stay away from that we normally give a full endorsement.
