There are some excellent values this week for running backs in DFS! Find out here as we break down the winners and losers in DFS for Week 10!

Najee Harris – ($7,900 DK, $9,400 FD)  – With Derrick Henry out of the picture, Harris is one of the most expensive running backs this week and for good reason. Harris is playing against the Detroit Lions who rank 30th in giving up the most points versus running backs. In his rookie year so far, Harris has averaged 24.70 fantasy points when playing at home versus a bad defense. He’s certainly worth paying up for.

Alvin Kamara – BEWARE –  ($8,200 DK, $8,800 FD) – Kamara is also one of the most expensive backs on the dockets this week. However, his matchup doesn’t work as well for him. This week, Kamara is playing away versus the Titans who rank ninth in giving up the fewest points to running backs. Kamara hasn’t been as proficient when on the road versus a good defense by averaging 13.48 fantasy points per game and has a 50 percent consistency rating. I would not pay up for him this week.

Best Value – RB – Ty Johnson – ($4,500 DK, $5,300 FD) – Here’s a running back that has actually earned double-digit fantasy numbers for four straight weeks and no one has noticed. Johnson is dirt cheap for a running back and since he’s been so active in the passing game due to the Jets poor defense, that he should continue these numbers this week against the Bills. He’s certainly worth the savings.

Best Mid-Value – RB – Ezekiel Elliott – ($7,000 DK, $8,000 FD) – Zeke and the Cowboys got shut down last week versus the Broncos, but they have a much easier matchup this week. The Cowboys take on the Falcons at home. The Falcons are ranked 26th in giving up fantasy points versus the running backs so far this season. As expected, Zeke does very well at home versus a bad defense as he averages 25.90 fantasy points per game and is 100 percent consistent. He’s a great match with Ty this week.

James Conner – BEWARE –  ($6,300 DK, $7,000 FD) – Conner had a monster game last week and many will be looking for that same output this week. However, the Cardinals welcome the Panthers to town and they currently rank fourth in giving up the fewest fantasy points to running backs this year. Conner has yet to play against a good defense this year, therefore, I’m staying away from him this week.

Overall, this week we are seeing some potentially huge values but a few people to stay away from that we normally give a full endorsement.
