We made it through Bye Week Hell and now there are only two teams off this week. So there are many more quarterbacks to choose from. So, let’s take a look at this week’s best picks at quarterback to help you win some cash for Week 8 and who to stay away from.

Josh Allen – ($8,100 DK, $8,800 FD) – Josh Allen takes the top spot as the most expensive quarterback this week on both slates. Allen has a great matchup this week as the Bills welcome their AFC East rivals, the Miami Dolphins. The Dolphins rank 28th in giving up fantasy points to quarterbacks. Allen has done very well historically against bad defenses at home by averaging 30.27 fantasy points per game and has been 86 percent consistent. It may be worth paying up this week for Allen.

Justin Herbert – BEWARE – ($7,300 DK, $7,900 FD) –  Herbert has not been very consistent at all this year. He’s ranked 12th in total points but he’s only been 50 percent consistent through six weeks. This week isn’t looking much better. Herbert is the fourth most expensive on the slates this week, but he’s playing at home versus a good defense. The Patriots are ranked ninth in giving up the fewest points to quarterbacks. Herbert averages 14.23 fantasy points per game and has a zero percent consistency rating. Stay far away!

Don’t miss out on the price cut! It’s now only $99 for the rest of the season!

Best Value QB – Teddy Bridgewater – ($5,400 DK, $7,000 FD) – It’s getting harder and harder every week to find real bargains, especially at the quarterback position. Bridgewater just a couple of weeks ago put up 25.26 fantasy points on the Raiders and they were an average defense at the time. This week, he gets the Washington Football Team in Denver. They rank DEAD LAST in giving up fantasy points to quarterbacks. Therefore, he can be a true bargain this week on DraftKings and you can spend the money elsewhere.

Best Mid-Value QB – Joe Burrow – ($7,100 DK, $7,800 FD) – No quarterback has been hotter than Joe Burrow and this week, he gets the Jets on the road. The Jets have actually been pretty good against quarterbacks as they are ranked eighth in giving up the fewest points to quarterbacks. However, Mac Jones slapped 25.2 fantasy points on the Jets last week, so there’s that. I’m all in on Burrow this week and you should be too.

BEWARE – QB – Tom Brady – ($7,400 DK, $8,300 FD) – Brady will be traveling to New Orleans to take on the Saints. The Saints are currently ranked second in giving up the fewest points to quarterbacks in 2021. Brady has been decent when playing on the road versus good defenses. He has averaged 24.12 fantasy points but has only been 60 percent consistent. However, since he’s the third most expensive quarterback on both sites, I would pass on the value.

Overall, this week we are seeing some potentially huge values but a few people to stay away from that we normally give a full endorsement.
