Welcome to the final week of the regular season! So, let’s take a look at this week’s best picks at quarterback to help you win some cash for Week 18 and who to stay away from.

Josh Allen – ($8,100 DK, $8,800 FD) – For the third week in a row, Allen leads the league in total points scored and he is currently the most expensive quarterback on both sites. However, he’s worth it this week as he gets the Jets at home. The Jets are ranked 27th in giving up fantasy points to quarterbacks so far this year. Allen has done well when playing against bad defenses at home this season by averaging 27.52 fantasy points per game and has been 80 percent consistent in those games. I’d definitely start him this week.

Aaron Rodgers – BEWARE – ($7,800 DK, $8,200 FD) –  It’s not that Rodgers doesn’t have a solid matchup this week when he plays the Lions on the road. The real key is that Coach LaFleur wants the starters to play EVEN THOUGH they have nothing to play for regarding their playoff status. They can’t move up or down. So, Rodgers may only play one quarter. Don’t risk it with his price tag.

Best Value QB – Taylor Heinicke – ($5,400 DK, $6,900 FD) – There are not a ton of cheap and favorable matchups, but Heinicke is certainly one of them this week. He travels to the Giants this week who rank 17th in giving up fantasy points to quarterbacks this season. Heinicke has done very well in those games by averaging 24.90 fantasy points per game and has been 100 percent consistent. He’s worth the price tag.

Best Mid-Value QB – Taysom Hill – ($6,200 DK, $7,700 FD) – Hill hasn’t certainly set the fantasy world on fire except when he plays against the Falcons, just like he did in 2020. He plays the Falcons this week again and the Saints have a shot at the playoffs and need the win. The Falcons, well….they suck as they rank 29th in giving up fantasy points to quarterbacks, so put Hill in your lineup if you have space.

Overall, this week we are seeing some potentially huge values but a few people to stay away from that we normally give a full endorsement.
