Welcome back. Today’s main slate has nine games. The teams with the highest implied runs scored totals tonight are the Braves, Yankees, and Angels so keep them in mind when picking players. We will keep you abreast of the juiciest matchups and make sure you know who to keep your eye on. Keep an eye on player availability as the slates on DK and FD are different today.

Today’s free pick comes from the Mariners with Jose Marmolejos ($3,100 on DK, $2,700 on FD). Marmolejos has hits in six of his last seven games, and multi-hit games in two of his last three games. He is among the hottest players in baseball right now that few people know. Use that to your advantage, just keep an eye out to ensure this game gets played, as it was cancelled last night due to poor air quality in San Francisco.

Behind the paywall expect to find high value plays that are notably well priced on DraftKings and FanDuel. We have two pitchers, infielders and outfielders that we love for today’s main slate of games. And we’ve got more.

Pitching DFS Picks for September 15th, 2020

We are going to look at the White Sox for pitching. Lucas Giolito ($10,200 on DK, $9,600 on FD). Giolito will be facing a Twins lineup that has struggled lately scoring just 21 runs over the last five days, and has struck out over 27 percent of the time in that stretch. This makes Giolito a prime GPP play tonight. Most will see the matchup against the Twins and pass, but with Giolito striking out 34 percent of the batters he faces, he could strike out more than 10 batters tonight and put up a big number.

Our second pitching choice today is Ljay Newsome ($6,300 on DK, 5,800 on FD) of the Mariners. This was a pick from yesterday, but with the game being cancelled, it is still good today. Newsome has given up just three earned runs in his appearances this year, two of those being starts. The Giants have cooled off they have a 0.167 batting average over the last week and have scored just two runs. The concern will be if he can go deep enough into the game to get a win, but at his price, you should still be able to get 12-15 points from him.

Infield DFS Picks for September 15th, 2020

Jared Walsh ($4,100 on DK, $2,800 on FD) has been among the best hitters in baseball over the last few weeks. He now has home runs in 5 of his last 6 games, and multi-hit games in six of his last seven games. The Angels at home against Arizona tonight so don’t be surprised if his streak continues.

The other infield play today is Adalberto Mondesi ($3,900 on DK, $2,800 on FD) of the Royals. Mondesi can be a real wild card. He has home runs in three of his last five games but has no hits in each of his last two games. The Royals are facing a rookie left-handed pitcher today in Tarik Skubal, and Mondesi has an SLG percentage of nearly 0.700 in the last three weeks against lefties.

Outfield DFS Picks for September 15th, 2020

Marcell Ozuna ($4,700 on DK, $3,900 on FD) has been fantastic so far this year against left-handed pitching with a 0.373 batting average, and six home runs in just 23 games. He will see another one tonight, in the cozy confines of Camden Yard. You should make sure he is in your lineup.

Aaron Hicks ($3,700 on DK, $3,000 on FD) now has hits in three of his last four games, including a home run. With the Yankees at home, and facing Tanner Roark and his 5.60 ERA, getting him into your lineup should pay dividends.
