We have fifteen games today with the first pitch at 3:05 PM EST. Today’s slate of games is highlighted by Chris Sale and the Boston Red Sox, taking on Juan Soto and Washington Nationals in Washington. The highest implied run totals today sit with the Toronto Blue Jays (6.6), Boston Red Sox (5.7), and the Los Angeles Dodgers (5.4).
There are games at risk of being delayed or shortened with the White Sox and Tigers, and Red and Pirates all have a chance of rain above 20 percent at game time.

Outfield |
Chris Sale – P ($9,900) – Look for the Red Sox to ride their ace today in a must-win game. Sale has been consistently good since returning from injuries, and he has double-digit strikeout potential.
Tony Kemp– 2B ($3,600) – Kemp has had a strong finish to the season. He has three multi-hit games in his last four starts, with a double, a home run, and a steal in those games.
Yoán Moncada–3B ($3,800) – Moncada looks like he is going to finish the season hot He has three doubles and a home run in his last two games, and he won’t see a difficult pitching matchup from the Tigers today.
Bo Bichette – SS ($5,700) – If the Blue Jays make the playoffs, Bichette will be a big reason why. He has multi-hit games in four of his last five games with three doubles, three home runs, and a stolen base in those games.
Byron Buxton- OF ($5,100) – Buxton continues to crush it for the Twins. He has hit four doubles in his last three games and added two home runs to go with that as well. It’s pretty amazing that Buxton with two home runs and a steal could go 20 home runs and 10 stolen bases in just 61 games.

The Pitchers
Walker Buehler ($9,800) On most days Buehler would be as safe of a play as you could find. However, with the Dodgers needing to win today to try and avoid the wild card game, Buehler could have a short leash. That said, he has been as consistent as any pitcher and is well worth his cost today.
Dylan Cease ($10,300) Cease may not go deep into this game, but he could be valuable as long as he goes five innings. He has struck out no less than nine batters in each of his last two starts and hasn’t given up a run in either game. He won’t face a strong opposition today from the Tigers either, in a game that should be rain-shortened as well.
Aaron Civale ($8,600) In a GPP, there is a case to be made for Civale. His last two starts haven’t been great, but he has shown double-digit strikeout potential this year, and he will face a weak Rangers lineup today.
The Value Players
Christian Walker – 1B ($2,600) – You’re going to get Walker today for under 3K, and he has hits in four straight games, and in his last three games he has eight total hits with four doubles and a home run.
Michael Conforto –OF ($3,300) – Over Conforto’s last three-game he has two home runs and a double. The Mets will play a Braves team that will likely rest most of its best players, so look for them to score more runs today.
Sam Hilliard – OF ($2,200) Hilliard is another player you are going to get near the minimum price. He has hits in four straight games, and he has two home runs, a double and a steal in those four games as well.
The Stacks
Toronto Blue Jays – Blue Jays have had no struggles scoring runs against the Orioles this series. Bichette is hot, and so are George Springer, and Santiago Espinal.
Boston Red Sox – The Red Sox have not scored as much as they have been expected to over the last week, but today could be that day going up against a somewhat weak Nationals pitching staff. I would look to Enrique Hernandez with Kyle Schwarber and J.D. Martinez as a stack for them today.
Los Angeles Dodgers – If you can find the value elsewhere, I would look to stack Corey Seager with Trea Turner and Justin Turner. They have all been crushing the ball over the last few days, and I don’t expect that to change today.
