We have a ten-game slate with first pitches at 1:05 EST. There should be lots of fun games today including Zach Plesac and the Cleveland Indians at Lucas Giolito and the Chicago White Sox today. As always with the big Sunday afternoon slates there will lots of options to choose from.
The weather looks good across the board today, so all of the teams should be in play.

Jose Berrios ($8,500)
Berrios comes into today’s game striking out 32.4 percent of the batters he has faced. He will face a Royals club today that is in the bottom five in slugging percentage, and comes into today with a team batting average of just 0.225.
Chad Wallach ($3,000)
While Wallach isn’t likely to be a source of power for you today, he has hit well since being thrust into the starting catching role for the Marlins. He has a batting average of 0.455 in his last four games and a slugging percentage of 0.545 in that same time frame.
Max Muncy ($4,300)
Muncy has been in a slump recently, but with the Dodgers facing Alec Bettinger of the Brewers today, who will be making his MLB debut and has never pitched above AA, this could be the day that he breaks out. You’re also not going to have to break the bank for him either which makes this a nice play.
Corey Seager ($4,600)
While Seager hasn’t been hitting the cover off the ball in this series against the Brewers, it’s a great opportunity for him to end the weekend on a high note against the rookie in Bettinger. Seager has the potential to do everything for you having hit for a home run, a triple, and a steal all in the last week.
Aaron Judge ($5,600)
Judge has caught fire in the last three games he has started. In those games he has seven hits, three home runs and a double. Today, he will get to face the lowly Tigers yet again, so look for his good times to keep on rolling.

Here’s our full 50-50 MLB DFS lineup for 4/16/21 (using DraftKings Values)
Pitcher | Jose Berrios | $8,500
Pitcher | Trevor Rogers | $7,900
Catcher | Chad Wallach | $3,000
First Base | Max Muncy | $4,300
Second Base | Nick Madrigal | $2,700
Third Base | Gio Urshela | $4,200
Short Stop | Corey Seager | $4,600
Outfield | Aaron Judge | $5,600
Outfield | Tyler O’Neill | $2,700
Outfield | Byron Buxton | $6,100 |
Salary Remaining $400
Trevor Rogers ($7,900)
Rogers doesn’t carry the name value of his opponent today, but Rogers has been every bit as good(and probably better). Rogers is striking out 35 percent of the batters he has faced, and he will face a Nationals team that will be without Juan Soto again today.
Nick Madrigal ($2,700)
Gio Urshela ($4,900)
Gio comes into today’s game with three multi-hit games in his last five games, with a home run. The Yankees put up ten runs on the Tigers yesterday, and most wouldn’t be surprised if they scored close to ten runs again today.
Tyler O’Neill ($2,700)
This is one heck of a price for a player who comes into today’s game with seven hits in this last four games, two home runs and two steals. The upside is obviously there, and if he stays hot he will far exceed the value of his current price.
Byron Buxton ($6,100)
It’s tough to meet or exceed value with Buxton’s price, but his potential output is there, so it could happen. In his last four games he has two home runs, two steals, and two doubles, oh and a five hit game. He isn’t going to be facing an ace today going against Kansas City, so this is a play that can pay off.
Alternative Moves…
George Springer – OF ($4,800 DK) Springer is coming in hot on the heels of a two home run game, and he has a steal in the game before that. Springer looks to be healthy, so if don’t want to pay up for Buxton or Judge, or you want to spread your wealth more evenly, Springer could be a good play.
Christian Javier– P ($9,400 DK)
Javier comes into today’s game having not given up a run in his last 17 innings. His opponent today, Tampa Bay, comes in with a batting average of 0.225 and a SLG of 0.326 over the last seven days. So while he is bound to give up a couple of runs soon, I wouldn’t expect him to give up a lot of runs today.
