We have eleven games today with the first pitch at 1:05 PM EST. Today’s slate of games is highlighted by Xander Bogaerts and the Boston Red Sox, taking on Franmil Reyes and Cleveland in Cleveland. The highest implied run totals today sit with the Tampa Bay Rays (6.5), Chicago White Sox (5.6), and Toronto Blue Jays (5.5).
The weather looks good for all the games today. We shouldn’t expect any weather-related delays or postponements.

Outfield |
José Berríos- P ($9,100) – Berríos has given up two runs or less in the five games he has pitched for the Blue Jays. He will face a Tigers team today whose offense has gone silent and have a team batting average over the last two weeks of just 0.216, and they have only walked 4.7 percent of the time in that two-week stretch.
José Abreu– 1B ($4,800) – Abreu has an extra-base hit in four of his last five games(two doubles and two home runs), and he has at least a hit in eight of his last nine games.
Yandy Díaz–3B ($4,600) – Coming into today, Diaz has had three multi-hit games in his last five games. He only has one extra-base hit in that stretch but even if he isn’t hitting for extra bases he is scoring runs and driving them in, so he can be productive without it, especially with the Rays having such a high expected run total today.
Didi Gregorius – OF ($4,100) – Didi is coming off a game where he hits three doubles, and like Diaz, he has multi-hit games in three of his last five games. He may slide down the lineup a bit going against a left-handed pitcher, but he should be able to achieve value anyway.
Randy Arozarena- OF ($4,400) – Part of Arozerena’s value today comes from the high implied run total for the Rays, but that isn’t all of his value. He hit a home run last night, and he is typically either leading off for or hitting in the middle of the Rays order, which also helps his value.

The Pitchers
Kwang Hyun Kim ($7,400) The Cardinals didn’t let Kim go long into his last start, but I expect they will let him go deeper into the game(at least 5 innings), and he has a great matchup today going against the Pirates, who have struggled to hit the Cardinals all weekend.
Tyler Mahle ($9,800) – Mahle has only given up more than two runs in one of his last four starts, while he has struck out as many as ten batters in those starts. He will face a struggling Miami offense today who has the fifth-lowest team SLG over the last two weeks.
Ranger Suárez ($6,000) – Over Suarez’s five starts, he has only given up five total runs. He has started to go deeper into his starts(he went 6.2 innings his last time out), and with that, we are seeing higher strikeout totals as well.
The Value Players
Pedro Severino – C ($3,700) – Severino has two multi-hit games in his last three games, and in that stretch, he has three doubles and a home run. He is a great option as a sub-4k catcher today.
Edmundo Sosa –3B ($2,100) – Sosa might be the best value of any player today. He is priced barely over the minimum, and he has seven hits in his last three games, with two triples, a double, and a home run.
Luis Robert – OF ($3,900) – Robert had the day off yesterday, but what I had to say yesterday is unchanged. This was yesterday’s note. “We are starting to see Robert’s price rise now that he has seemingly cemented himself at the top of the White Sox lineup. He is on a five-game hitting streak right now with two doubles and a home run in those five games to go along with a pair of three-hit games.”
The Stacks
Tampa Bay Rays – We talked about Arozarena and Diaz, but you can add Mike Zunino or Manuel Margot to help balance your budget as well, as they have both been hitting.
Cleveland – Cleveland has been scoring runs recently, and facing Boston today shouldn’t’ change that. I would be looking to Franmil Reyes, Bradley Zimmer, and if you can find enough value plays add in Jose Ramirez, otherwise you can use Yu Cheng if he is in the lineup or Bobby Bradley.
Toronto Blue Jays – When building a Blue Jays stack, you don’t need to look at the usual suspects today (Guerrero, Bichette, etc). I would be looking at Corey Dickerson, Marcus Semien, Alejandro Kirk, and Lourdes Gurriel Jr.
