We have fourteen games today with the first pitch at 7:05 PM EST. Today’s slate of games is highlighted by Freddie Freeman. and the Atlanta Braves, taking on Juan Soto and the Washington Nationals in Washington. The highest implied run totals tonight sit with the Boston Red Sox (6.6), Milwaukee Brewers (5.7), and the Tampa Bay Rays (5.5).
We have a chance of rain around 20 percent in Pittsburgh for the game between the Brewers and the Pirates, and also in Washington D.C. for the game between the Braves and the Nationals so you will want to keep an eye on those situations.

Outfield |
Julio Urias – P ($9,400) – While Urias doesn’t go deep into games, he does consistently strike batters out, and he often doesn’t give up many runs(only four in his last four starts)
Salvador Perez– C ($4,900) – Perez has four hits in his last three games, which includes a two home run game. The Royals will face Cardinals starter Jack Flaherty tonight in his first start off the injury list so they will likely not be seeing him at his best or see him go deep into the game.
Joey Votto– 1B ($5,600) – Votto is in the midst of an eight-game hitting streak, and he has been the hottest hitter in MLB since the All-Star Break. In Votto’s last four games he has two doubles and two home runs.
Rafael Devers – 3B ($5,800) In Devers’ last three games he has two doubles and a home run. With the Red Sox owning the highest implied run total for tonight, getting their clean-up hitter could pay off.
Juan Soto – OF ($6,300) It’s a steep price to pay for Soto, but he owns a 0.500 batting average over the last three games, and a 1.000 SLG in that span so getting him going up against Charlie Morton and his 3.5 ERA at home is one that could be worth the entry fee.

The Pitchers
Zack Greinke ($8,500 DK) Greinke has had some rough starts recently, but he still has only given up more than three runs just once in his last five starts. We likely won’t see big strikeout totals from him, but he gives the Astros the chance to win each time out.
Brett Anderson ($7,200) – While Anderson doesn’t have much strikeout upside, he rarely gives up a lot of runs either. He has only given up four runs total in his last five starts, and this is a good matchup today against the Pirates.
Jack Flaherty ($8,300) – It is expected that Flaherty will be activated today and start for the Pirates against a Royals team that as a group has been among the worst hitting teams in baseball over the last two weeks. There is some risk that he won’t go deep into the game, but that is mostly accounted for in his price.
The Value Players
Jace Peterson- 3B ($3,800) – In Peterson’s last two games he has seven hits, two doubles, and a home run. Don’t expect this pace to continue for long for Peterson so get him while he is useful.
Anthony Santander –OF ($2,300) – In Santander’s last four games he has eight hits and four home runs. If you can get anything that looks like that production then at his price then you will be doing well.
Lewis Brinson – OF ($2,000) – You’re going to get Brinson at the minimum price, while he is on a five-game hitting streak, and four of those five games were multi-hit games, and he has three home runs in that span as well.
The Stacks
Boston Red Sox – We discussed Devers, but you can add Hunter Renfroe, and Xander Boegarts and you have a nice stack on a high-scoring team.
Milwaukee Brewers – With the Brewers, we can go with the previously mentioned Peterson, and add Willy Adames, Kolten Wong, and/or Willy Adames for a nice Brewers stack tonight.
San Diego Padres – If we are going to go back to a Padres stack against today I would be looking at Trent Grisham, Tommy Pham, and Adam Frazier. None of them will cost you too much but all of them are hitting well.
