We have six games today with the first pitch at 7:05 PM EST. Today’s slate of games is highlighted by Mitch Haniger and the Seattle Mariners, taking on Giancarlo Stanton and the New York Yankees in New York. The highest implied run totals tonight sit with the Houston Astros (5.9), Cincinnati Reds (5.8), and the New York Yankees (5.7).
There doesn’t appear to be any risk of rain for any of today’s games with the chances of rain below 5 percent for all of the games.

Sonny Gray – P ($9,500) – After a couple of bad starts, Gray turned things around nicely in his last start against the Mets where he gave up one run on five hits and struck out seven. This is a good opportunity for him tonight to have another strong performance going at home against the Pirates.
Jonathan India – 2B ($4,700) – India continues to hit. He has six hits in his last three games, through doubles and a home run. With this game being in Cincinnati, it wouldn’t be a surprise for him to keep that streak of extra-base hits going.
Gleyber Torres – SS ($4,400) – With a hitting streak that has moved up to four games, Torres has started to hit a lot better. He has two straight multi-hit games, with a double in each game and he will have a good matchup today going against the Mariners at home.
George Springer – OF ($5,600) Springer stayed hot last night with a four-hit game that included a home run and a double. He will face Cleveland again today as the Blue Jays continue to be one of the highest-scoring teams in the league.
Aaron Judge – OF ($4,900) – On a larger slate I would have moved away from Judge, but he has been hitting, and the Yankees have the highest implied run total tonight, as they have all week, so Judge is likely to break out and have a big game soon.

The Pitchers
Touki Toussaint ($7,400 DK) Touki is coming off a rough start against the Brewers, but his other two starts have been strong. He will face a middling Cardinals lineup tonight so if he can get deep enough into the game he should accumulate enough strikeouts to return value or better.
Framber Valdez ($9,900) – While I don’t love this price for Valdez, he does have a good chance to get the win going against the Twins today. If Valdez can limit his walks he has a great chance to hit or exceed his value, but if he walks six batters, which he has done in two of his last three starts, he will need lots of strikeouts.
Daniel Lynch ($6,300) – There is a lot to like about Lynch today. He will face the White Sox who have a triple slash of just 0.184/0.253/0.310 against left-handed pitching. Lynch has given up three runs or less in four of his five MLB starts, and if he can go six innings today, he should hit value without too much trouble.
The Value Players
Reese McGuire – C ($3,100) – With doubles in back-to-back games McGuire has started to hit well for the Blue Jays. His slot in the order isn’t ideal, but getting a cheap piece of that lineup is one that can pay off when they are scoring six to eight runs each night.
Eugenio Suarez -3B ($3,600) –Suarez has been hit or miss for much of the season. Right now he has a hit in five straight games, and he has a home run in two of his last four games. With this game being in Cincinnati it wouldn’t be a surprise for him to make it three home runs or more in his last five games.
Kyle Tucker – OF ($3,800) – Tucker is a player that has big games. He had two hits last night with a home run and a steal, and he had three extra-base hits in his last five games. He often hits closer to the bottom of the Astros lineup, but that doesn’t make him any less valuable
The Stacks
New York Yankees – If you can find the value plays, the Yankees are a team that can be easy to stack. Stanton is always a power threat, and DJ LeMahieu is healthy and hitting as well, so it’s just a matter of putting the right combination together.
Cincinnati Reds – We discussed India and Suarez, but you can also look to pay up for Jesse Winker who is hitting, and Tyler Stephenson who is hitting for power to if you want to stack the Reds today at home.
Houston Astros – The Astros have some really nice values today. We talked about Tucker, but Michael Brantley is hitting right now as well and is cheap which will let you add Carlos Correa and/or Yordan Alverez as a stack without using all of your budget.
