Happy New Year to one and all! Have a great weekend filled with family and friends! Let’s check out this week’s high-end picks, best values, and some buyer beware picks at wide receiver.
Cooper Kupp – ($9,500 DK, $10,200 FD) – Kupp has also reached the exclusive $10k Club on FanDuel along with Jonathan Taylor. Kupp, just like Taylor has been worth it almost every week. So, here comes the Ravens on the schedule and guess what? They suck against wide receivers! Remember, last week versus the Bengals? Exactly. So, Kupp has averaged 24.77 fantasy points per game and has been 100 percent consistent this season on the road versus bad defense. Start him!
Keenan Allen – BEWARE – ($7,500 DK, $7,300 FD) – Allen is higher on DK than FD, but either way, I’d look elsewhere this week for receivers. Allen is playing at home but versus a tough Denver defense. The Broncos have ranked eighth in giving up the fewest fantasy points to wide receivers this season. Allen has not fared well when playing at home versus a good defense by averaging only 12.33 fantasy points per game and has been only 33 percent consistent in those matchups. Stay clear on this one.

Best Value – WR – Breshad Perriman – ($4,300 DK, $4,700 FD) – Ok, another replacement player with value! Perriman fills in where Mike Evans and Antonio Brown will probably not be playing. That would be against the Jets this week! Exactly! He’s dirt cheap and Brady loves throwing to him when the big boys aren’t in the lineup. He’s a great value this week.
Best Mid-Value – WR – Tyler Boyd – ($5,400 DK, $6,200 FD) – Boyd is the forgotten one on the field until the defense forgets about him and Burrow finds him. That’s what has happened the past two weeks and Boyd has averaged almost 17 fantasy points these past two weeks. This week it’s Kansas City and you know this will be a shoot-out! He’s an excellent mid-value!
