There are quite a few top values and mid-values this week! Let’s check out this week’s high-end picks, best values, and some buyer beware picks at wide receiver.
Davante Adams – ($8,400 DK, $8,400 FD) – It’s not often that you see the same price on both FanDuel and DraftKings, but here we are. Adams is a great pick this week as he gets the Minnesota Vikings this week on the road. The Vikings rank 26th in giving up fantasy points to wide receivers so far this season. Adams loves this game scenario as he averages 30.17 fantasy points per game and has been 100 percent consistent when playing on the road versus a bad defense. He’s worth paying up for this week.
Justin Jefferson – BEWARE – ($8,100 DK, $7,900 FD) – The Packers have been tough on receivers so far this season as they rank fifth in giving up the fewest points. Jefferson has actually done okay in that game scenario by averaging 17.35 fantasy points per game and has been 75 percent consistent. This is great for season-long leagues but when Jefferson is the third most expensive receiver, the value isn’t there. I’ll pass on him this week.

Best Value – WR – Elijah Moore – ($4,900 DK, $5,900 FD) – There are no real super cheap bargains this week, but Moore is cheap enough to consider based on how hot he’s been lately for the Jets. Moore has earned four straight Clutch Games and is playing a Dolphins team at home who rank 30th in giving up fantasy points to wide receivers so far this season. Moore is definitely worth the value this week in this game.
Best Mid-Value – WR – Brandin Cooks – ($6,000 DK, $6,600 FD) – Cooks is a much better bargain on FanDuel this week, but either way, Cooks is a nice mid-range receiver for your team lineups. Cooks has quietly been very consistent so far this season. This week he gets the Titans on the road. The Titans rank DEAD LAST in giving up fantasy points versus wide receivers so far this season. Cooks has done very well when playing on the road versus a bad defense by averaging 14.75 fantasy points per game and has been 100 percent consistent. Combining him with Moore would be a great combo.
CeeDee Lamb – BEWARE – ($7,600 DK, $8,000 FD) – Lamb has not been the consistent stud that we expected. While he’s seventh in total points, he’s only 67 percent consistent so far this season. This week, he’s the fourth most expensive receiver on FanDuel and it looks like he has a good matchup versus the Chiefs. However, the Chiefs are ranked 12th in giving up fantasy points to receivers. Lamb has only averaged 11.55 fantasy points per game and is only 50 percent consistent when playing away versus an average defense. I’d let someone else take him this week.
