We are officially midway through the season, four teams are on bye, and the injuries are piling up left and right. This slate is so full of value that its going to feel like a kid on Christmas morning when setting your lineups. We crushed it last week when Dan Arnold caught eight balls for 68 yards to give us 14.8 FPTS (only $2,800 on DraftKings). There is more where that came from, and here we go…

Jordan Love ($4,400 DK/$6,000 FD) News Flash… Aaron Rodgers tested positive for Covid, and the Packers are in Kansas City, who have forgotten how to play defense. Given this is Love’s first real start, he has the potential to make mistakes. But the Packers are fully weaponized with Davonte Adams returning from Covid reserve and Aaron Jones catching passes out of the backfield. Love also has the ability to run, so he is an easy plug in for the week to save at quarterback.

Value at Quarterback:

Tyrod Taylor ($5,000 DK/$6,900 FD) Is back from IR and the veteran is fresh and ready to go. He’ll face the 1-7 Dolphins who can help ease him back into shape. Miami is thirtieth in the league to opposing quarterbacks, who have allowed 17 passing touchdowns already this season. Tyrod has a great price with a nice matchup, and should have no problem getting 20 FPTS…  a 4X value on DK.

Value at Running Back:

Carlos Hyde ($4,900 DK/$5,600 FD) Has a tough matchup against the Bills, but may handle the bulk of the workload at running back if James Robinson remains sidelined. Hyde can also catch the ball out of the backfield, which will be utilized from a Jaguars negative game script. Keep a close eye on Robinson’s status before kick off on Sunday.

Value at Wide Receiver:

Donovan Peoples-Jones ($4,400 DK/$5,100 FD) Waaahhh… Cry Baby Odell Beckham Jr. was not getting the ball thrown his way. The Browns released the diva on Friday, which will open up a huge target share opportunity for DPJ. But keep an eye on his injury designation, if he does not suit up, pivot to Rashard Higgins ($3,400 DK/$5,000 FD).

Bryan Edwards ($4,100 DK/$5,300 FD) Since Henry Ruggs III decided to consume twice the legal limit of alcohol and slaughter a pedestrian with her dog driving 156 MPH at 3:45 in the morning this week, the Raiders have released him. This opens the door for Edwards to have a larger role in the offense, and he has the little Giants this week, a great matchup.

Value at Tight End:

Tommy Sweeney ($3,100 DK/$4,700 FD) Dawson Knox is still nursing a wrist injury that was fixed a few weeks ago,  and is considered day to day. If he can’t give it a go, start up Sweeney against the pitiful Jaguars who are pasta strainer for fantasy points at every position.

Albert Okwuegbunam ($2,600 DK/$4,500 FD) Let’s just call him Big Al, much easier than trying to sound out his last name. Noah Fant landed on the Covid List, so if Albert O. can get beyond his own injury tag, he is in line for a huge workload at tight end. Keep a close eye on Fant and Okwuegbunam before kickoff for a nice salary saver.
