We have eleven games today with the first pitch at 7:05 PM EST. Today’s slate of games is highlighted by Jose Altuve and the Houston Astros, taking on Shohei Ohtani and the Los Angeles Angels in Los Angeles. The highest implied run totals tonight sit with the Los Angeles Dodgers (6.6), New York Yankees (5.4), and the Houston Astros (5.4).
The weather looks good across the board today, with less than a 10 percent chance of rain for all of the games today.

Outfield |
Kevin Gausman – P ($10,100) – Gausman has struggled recently giving up runs, but his strikeouts have been very consistent which is a big plus(no less than seven strikeouts in each of his last four starts). He will face the Padres team tonight at home where the Giants have been very good all season.
Brendan Rodgers– 2B ($4,000) – Rodgers now has a six-game hitting streak going with three home runs and a double during the streak. He hits left-handed pitching well so I wouldn’t shy away from him today going against the Dodgers at home.
Josh Donaldson– 3B ($4,400) – Donaldson has two home runs in his last three games, and with the Twins heading into Chicago to face the woeful pitching of the Cubs we could see more home runs again today.
Carlos Correa – SS ($4,500) – Make it six hits in Correa’s last two games with two doubles and a home run. When he is getting this many hits you can live with some singles especially when he is scoring runs and driving them in too.
Ketel Marte – OF ($5,200) In Marte’s last three games he hits in each game along with four doubles. The Braves look to be going to their bullpen today, so expect Marte to see lots of opportunities as the Diamondbacks should be able to score lots of runs today.

The Pitchers
Jordan Montgomery ($8,300 DK) When Montgomery has been able to go five innings or more, he has returned value. In his last start, he struck out twelve batters, while giving up just one run. He will face a Rangers team that doesn’t hit left-handed pitching well, so we could see another strong start from Montgomery again today.
José Urquidy ($9,000 DK) – In Urquidy’s last six starts he hasn’t given up more than two runs in any of them. Tonight he will face the offensively challenged Angels who own one of the worst team slugging percentages in the league over the last two weeks.
Marco Gonzales ($8,100 DK) Gonzales’ opponent today, Oakland, is a very average offensive team against left-handed pitching. For the season Gonzales has gone at least five innings in all three of his starts against them, and he hasn’t given up more than two runs in any of those starts either.
The Value Players
Martín Maldonado – C ($2,300) – Maldonado has this in three straight games including a home run last night. He is very inexpensive, and with the way the Astros are scoring runs right now, he could easily exceed his value today.
Anthony Rizzo- 1B ($3,700) – While Rizzo hasn’t been hitting a lot recently, he has maintained a spot at the top of the Yankees lineup, and with them facing the weak pitching of the Rangers we could see Rizzo start to get things going.
Gavin Lux- OF ($3,000) – Coming into today Lux has multi-hit games in four of his last six games. With the Dodgers in Colorado today this is a great price to get a player who is hitting well in their lineup.
The Stacks
Los Angeles Dodgers – With the Dodgers in Colorado they are going to be a team you want to stack, especially in cash games. You’re going to get nice value out of Lux, and you can add Corey Seager and Justin Turner to build a nice Dodgers stack.
New York Yankees – When the Yankees are facing such a poor pitching team, they are hard to not want to stack. We talked about Rizzo, and I would look to add Gio Urshela and Gary Sanchez to form a nice value stack.
Atlanta Braves – We saw a big night from Eddie Rosario last night, and I would go back to him today and add Austin Riley and Adam Duvall to form your Braves stack.
