We have twelve games today with the first pitch at 7:05 PM EST. Today’s slate of games is highlighted by Kris Bryant and the San Francisco Giants, taking on Trevor Story and the Colorado Rockies in Colorado. The highest implied run totals tonight sit with the San Francisco Giants (7.0), Atlanta Braves (5.5), and the Cincinnati Reds (5.4).
We shouldn’t see any weather-related delays or postponements today with the chances of rain below 20 percent for all of today’s games.

Outfield |
Aaron Nola – P ($10,600) – Nola has only given up two runs in two of his last three starts, and he has been consistently striking lots of batters out. He will face a Brewers team today who has struck out 24 percent of the time over the last two weeks and is in the bottom ten in slugging percentage over that period of time as well.
Frank Schwindel – 1B ($3,500) – At Schwindel’s price he is hard to look past. He has multi-hit games in four straight, and he has hit a home run in six of his last eight games.
Ryan McMahon – 3B ($4,500) – In McMahon’s last three games he has a double and a home run. With the Rockies at home getting players at a cost below 5k that hit in the middle of the lineup puts you in a place where there is still upside to be had.
Jake Cronenworth – SS ($4,500) – Cronenworth has hits in back-to-back games for the Padres, including a home run yesterday. He has hit well at home all year with a batting average that is nearly 30 points better at home, and he has hit 13 of his 20 home runs at home as well.
Kris Bryant –OF ($5,300) – Bryant has played well since coming over to the Giants. He has three hits in his last three games, and with the Giants having a high expected run total today, Bryant could be in line for a big day. You will just want to keep an eye on your lineup, as he left yesterday’s game early.

The Pitchers
Zac Gallen ($7,900 DK) In two of Gallen’s last three starts he hasn’t given up any runs, which includes games in Colorado and Philadelphia, both a hitter’s parks. He looks to be on the upswing, and he will face a weak-hitting Rangers team today, so there is a lot to like about him at this price.
Max Fried ($8,600) – Fried has been consistently good for the Braves. He has only given up more than two runs once in his last seven starts, and he is coming off a start against the Dodgers where he struck out nine batters as well.
Blake Snell ($9,200) – In Snell’s last five starts he has struck out nine batters in four of the five games. Snell has been very good at home all year, with an ERA that is nearly four runs lower, and batters are hitting for an average of just 0.169 when he is at home as well.
The Value Players
Dom Nuñez – C ($3,100) – The biggest thing that Nuñez has going for him today is that he will be hitting at home in Colorado, and he is very inexpensive. He has hits in six of his last eight games, so he could easily return or exceed his value today.
Wil Myers – OF ($3,400) – Myers comes into today with hits in six of his last eight games, and he has hit a home run in two of his last four games. He is consistently a threat to either hit a home run or steal a base, and at his price that creates a lot of upside.
Jo Adell – OF ($3,100) – Adell looks like he might be on his way to figuring out hitting at the MLB level. He has hits in four straight games, with two home runs and a steal. He is going to come at a discount today as well.
The Stacks
San Diego Padres – We talked about Cronenworth, and Myers, and if you’re looking for a third bat, I would go to Manny Machado. He has been hitting well recently as well, and he is always a threat to hit a home run.
San Francisco Giants – With the Giants in Colorado there will likely be lots of good options to choose from. We talked about Bryant, and I think you can add Darin Ruf, and Mauricio Dubon to give you some nice value and not eat up too much of your salary cap.
Atlanta Braves – When looking at the Braves today, I would look to stack Ozzie Albies, with Adam Duvall and Austin Riley. They have all been hitting well recently and they should give you a shot at exceeding their value.
