Tonight, we have the Atlanta Hawks hosting the Philadelphia 76ers, and the L.A. Clippers hosting the Utah Jazz for crucial game fours. We are going to be talking about our core plays for tonight that we will be using as a basis for lineups, as well as some strong and stronger options at different positions. There are a lot of nice options all over tonight’s two game slate, so it is going to be tough choosing our favorite for this one. We have a lot of interesting budget plays tonight with Danny Green out, and we will have a lot of value if Mike Conley remains out. We are still waiting on the news on Conley for tonight, so we will talk about some options we like depending on if he is in or not. A few teams are starting to get desperate here, so we expect certain guys to play almost the entire game.

As we mentioned we do not know if Conley is going to be playing tonight. He has the same questionable tag he has had going into every game this series, and it is worth noting he has been out every game. However, we still have no idea if he will play until we get the news. The Conley news is important to how much we are going to prioritize the other Utah guys. The Jazz are somewhat priced for games without Conley at this point, so we are probably going to look elsewhere if he can play. If Conley remains out, we still really like getting to the Jazz, starting with Donnovan Mitchell. Mitchell will be one of our favorite spend up options if Conley is out, as we have seen some crazy usage from him this series. We really like the $9,000 tag on Mitchell, as he has scored well over 45 FPTS every game this series. Mitchell is taking more shots than anyone else on this slate and that does not really show in the price.
The Clippers are still in a must win situation for tonight, so we expect to see a ton of minutes from there main guys. We really want to have one of there stars in Kawhi Leonard and Paul George tonight, and we prefer George because of the price. George is $1,400 cheaper than Leonard for tonight, which feels like a bit too much considering they will both be playing massive run. George is averaging 2.9 FPTS less then Leonard on the season, so it is somewhat hard to justify paying such a big difference. George looks great at $8,600 here, as we know he can easily go for 50 or more FPTS. George should play around 40 minutes with solid usage tonight, and there is a lot of upside for him to have a huge game.
One of our favorite options for value tonight is Marcus Morris Sr., as he is starting to get cheap here. Morris is only $4,300, which is a great price for the role we expect him to play tonight. The Clippers had a drastic blowout win last time out, which led to Morris only playing 22 minutes. However, we saw Morris play 30 or more minutes in each of the five games prior. Morris played 37 minutes two games ago and was able to go for 27 FPTS. We expect Morris to play at least 30 minutes tonight, which makes him a fantastic value option for a two-game slate.
The last piece of our core tonight is John Collins, who we have liked all series at his cheap price tags. We are still able to roster Collins for only $5,900 tonight, and we are waiting for him to have a big game with all the floor time he is playing. Collins has played 33 or more minutes every game this series, and we are still waiting for him to really show his upside. With that said, we don’t need him to do anything crazy to hit value at this price tag.

Point Guard– The point guard position is important tonight as we have some nice plays at both ends of the price spectrum. Reggie Jackson is a solid play for value at $5,200. We know Jackson is getting the lions share of the run at point guard, playing around 30 minutes a night. He has great upside if his shots are falling as we have seen throughout the playoffs. We still prefer to spend up here though, as we have fantastic studs like Trae Young at $9,200. Young has to do a lot tonight to keep the Hawks in this series, and we have seen him score well over 50 FPTS many times this playoffs.
Shooting Guard – We already went over our two favorite shooting guard options in our core lineup, those being George and Mitchell. There are a few other strong options at this position though, like Seth Curry for value. With Green out for the 76ers there is almost no shooting outside of Curry. We expect him to play at least 30 minutes tonight and heave up a ton of shots. Which is rather good for his $5,100 price tag. If you want to pay up a bit more Bogdanovic is a nice tournament option at $6,400. Bogdanovic always plays big minutes and shoots a ton of shots. He brings a lot of variance due to his scoring dependency, so he has a ton of upside if his shot is falling.
Small Forward – We like going to Furkan Korkmaz for value here, as he is the only viable play under $4,000 on the slate. Korkmaz played 27 minutes in Greens absence last game, and he went for 21 FPTS. It is likely Korkmaz is to see similar run tonight, as he is a reasonable replacement for Green. If Korkmaz can go for 20 or more FPTS again, he is a fantastic play at only $3,500. If you want a more midrange value option here, we really like Joe Ingles. Ingles looks great if Conley is still out, as he has seen a massive bump in minutes and usage.
Power Forward – Our favorite power forward tonight is Collins who we went over in our core lineup. Another Hawk we like at the position is Danilo Gallinari who we have seen play solid run for Atlanta the past few games. Gallinari is only $4.600 here and he is a productive player when the minutes are there. He played 30 minutes last game and is someone we want to have if he is to see that kind of floor time tonight. We also like going back to Royce O’Neale if Conley remains out, as he has been playing a lot of minutes for the Jazz lately. He has played 35 or more minutes in each of the past five games, and he has been putting out solid production.
Center – We want to look at studs at the center position tonight, as the cheaper plays are quite weak here. Rudy Gobert looks like a solid option, as we really like his $7,400 price tag. Gobert was not great last game, which has led to the decreased price. However, we know Gobert has great upside through defensive stats, and this is the cheapest we have seen him in a while. We also definitely like spending up for Joel Embiid here. Embiid has been fantastic every game this series, scoring between 58 and 66 FTPS. He has been crushing this Hawks matchup and is one of our favorite superstars to go after on the slate.
General strategy
We are eagerly awaiting the news on Conley as we are going to be very bullish with Mitchell if he ends up out. For cash games tonight, we want to play a lot of our midrange studs like Collins and George, as we expect them to be high owned tonight. Furthermore, some of those guys are quite underpriced so we are getting a solid floor. For tournaments tonight, we really like playing as much Mitchell as possible as well as a ton of Trae Young. Personally, I will be playing a handful of lineups tonight, and I want some exposure to all the studs we mentioned today.
