No goalie is safe right now. Every single of them could end up giving up five goals and it might not even be their fault. The Carolina Hurricanes have their backs against the wall and the Tampa Bay Lightning are a game away from another conference finals. The Vegas Golden Knights meanwhile have made up the difference and tied the series against the Colorado Avalanche. Tonight’s bout will be spirited and physical.

Brayden Point and Nikita Kucherov have been absolutely tearing it up this postseason. Kucherov is far away and the points leader right now but Point is not too far away tied for sixth. Even Carolina’s vaunted defense cannot figure these guys out. Roll this stack for a pretty reasonable price and get ready for some bigger middle pieces.
Alex Pietrangelo still has a Blues jersey on in his DraftKings profile. We demand they end this confusing oversight. Pietrangelo is coming up huge night in and night out. Even though he is on the second power play right now we know he will still get all the shots and blocks. His peripherals are probably the strongest of anyone left and he is proving he is worth every penny of that massive contract.
Andre Vasilevskiy. This is not a coin toss nor is it driven by any advanced metrics. Tampa has been smothering the Canes and Vasi has been otherworldly. We hope Carolina wins tonight, honestly, so we can get more of the series but Tampa may have this one in hand.

William Karlsson – C and the Knights second line are often overlooked due to the talent amassed at the top of their lineup. Karlsson, Marchessault and Smith have been productive all season though and have continued to make opponents’ lives miserable. Their last game was stellar and they are feeling it.
Martin Necas – W may be the most consistent second liner in Carolina. His linemates seem to change all the time whether due to injury or Rod the Bod tinkering with the roster. The 22 year old is in prime learning mode and these games are huge for his development. This first rounder wants to stick around for another game.
Brandon Saad – W. We do like our themes here and today’s second liners doing way more than you probably realize. Saad cannot stop scoring goals. Did you know he is tied for fourth in playoff goals scored? And he is only $3,400!? That is crazy talk. Pick him up.
Erik Cernak – D is an interesting case. What was once a raw stay at home defenseman is now a slightly less raw and marginally offensive player. He has been picking up a surprising amount of assists as he slowly starts to break out his shell. If he learns to turn on offense in the next couple years he is going to be terrifying.
Alec Martinez – U is another beefcake to throw on the pile. Between him and Pietrangelo you are going to be involved in a lot of what the Golden Knights are accomplishing. This top pair are big, mean and not easy to push around. They will try to grind MacKinnon and crew into the ground.
