We’ve got a 14-game slate for Tuesday, the first day of June. Yippee! There are a ton of pitching options at every price point. Roster percentages should be fairly spread out with personal preferences differentiating. I’m going back to a stack I’ve been playing all season long. The price is cheap but the Vegas run projection is only 4.2. Regardless, I like it and am happy where I ended up at pitching as well, reverting back to the more traditional build of one high-priced pitcher and a lower-priced one. NYY, MIA, PHI, CIN, WAS, DET, PIT, LAA, STL, and SEA are all projected for fewer than four runs. COL and MIN are projected for at least five runs. SD/CHC haven’t had their lines posted yet.
As of now, all clear on the weather front.

Tyler Glasnow ($9,800)
Glasnow has a 16.9 percent swinging strike rate and has set down 98 batters in 70 innings. He has walked 23, though, and served up nine home runs. That said, the FIP is 2.97 and he gets to face a Yankees team that is 11th in strikeouts and 23rd in ISO against right-handed pitching. Glasnow faced the Yankees back in mid-April and went five innings, allowing two hits, one earned run, walking four, and striking out seven.
Buster Posey ($4,300)
We are stacking against Andrew Heaney and the Angels bullpen. I actually like Heaney but he has given up eight home runs to righties and the Giants are deadly against left-handed pitching. They are 23rd in strikeouts and 4th in ISO against lefties. Posey has a .457/.525/.857 slash with a .400 ISO against lefties this season. Granted, it’s only 40 plate appearances but still. Once Heaney is out of the game, the Angels bullpen boasts the fourth-highest FIP.
Wilmer Flores ($3,500)
Flores hasn’t been good against lefties to start this season but he has a career .274/.315/.495 slash with a .220 ISO against them. He often bats in the heart of the order against them.
Fernando Tatis Jr. ($6,100)
Tatis has 15 home runs and 12 stolen bases on the season. The slash is .299/.380/.694 and the BABIP is .305 so the line looks legit. He’s one of the best hitters in the league and can score the fantasy goodies in multiple ways. Matchups mean nothing so if I can fit him in, I will always do it.
Raimel Tapia ($4,900)
Leading off for a Rockies team playing in Coors Field. Please and thank you. Tapia has five home runs and five stolen bases on the season. The slash is .259/.317/.360. The ISO is only .101 but he’s more about scoring runs and stealing bases anyways. The strikeout rate is only 14.4 percent.

German Marquez ($6,700)
Marquez is pitching in Coors Field but that doesn’t make him an automatic fade. Outside of a game against the Giants, who smacked him for eight earned runs in 0.2 innings, in the other starts at home, Marquez put up 13.3, 27.9, 20.1, 18.9, and 31.6 DKFP. Now he gets to face a Rangers team that is 3rd in strikeouts and 17th in ISO against right-handed pitching.
Donovan Solano ($3,000)
The slash against lefties this season is .300/.326/.500 with a .200 ISO. We are stacking against the Angels pitching staff and the Giants are deadly against left-handed pitching.
Evan Longoria ($4,000)
Longoria’s slash against lefties this season is .372/.500/.791 with a .419 ISO. You thought I was kidding when I said the Giants were lefty-killers? I don’t play around like that.
Cedric Mullins ($4,100)
Cedric has truly been an entertainer this season, as he’s clubbed six home runs and stolen eight bases. The walk rate is 9.3 percent while the strikeout rate is only 19.8 percent. The slash is .296/.363/.468 with a .172 ISO. He bats lead off for the Orioles.
Austin Slater ($3,300)
Slater usually bats leadoff against left-handed pitching. The slash against lefties this season is .264/.400/.566 with a .302 ISO.
Alternative Moves…
Trea Turner – SS ($5,600 DK) – If for some reason you don’t like Tatis Jr., you can go down to Turner. He has 10 home runs and 12 stolen bases on the season. The slash is .311/.357/.510 with a .199 ISO. The walk rate is only 5.6 percent but the strikeout rate is only 19.2 percent. Max Fried, a lefty, has a 4.42 FIP against righties while Turner has a .415/.468/.707 slash with a .293 ISO against left-handed pitching.
Chris Bassitt – P ($9,100 DK)
Bassitt has an 11.2 percent swinging strike rate this season after never posting a number above 9.9 percent. The FIP is 2.91 and he’s struck out 74 batters in 70 innings while walking 16 and serving up five home runs. He faces a Mariners team that is 8th in strikeouts and 13th in ISO against right-handed pitching. Bassitt is coming off two games against the Angels in which he produced 29.7 and 45.5 DKFP.
