We have got ourselves an ugly one. Only five games tonight and lower scoring totals. DraftKings has gone ahead and priced up everyone to really set the ambience. However, these slates can feel easier to cash on because you do not need a near perfect lineup to profit. If you know where to look for value today, you will be ahead of the pack. We have built a midrange lineup for you today, so you do not have to play questionable budget options. There are a few great targets today and monster performances will go a long way.
Here’s a midrange lineup For DFS Basketball 2/11/21 (using DraftKings Values)
Point Guard | J. Wall | $7,100
Shooting Guard | $3,700 | ||
Small Forward | J. Ennis III | $4,200
Power Forward | J. Grant | $7,400
Center | $6,000 | ||
Guard | $5,400 | ||
Forward | $6,700 | ||
Utility | N. Vucevic | $9,400 |
John Wall is at a great price point tonight. $7,100 is too cheap for Wall, who is averaging over 38 FPTS through the last ten days. Wall has played over 30 minutes in his last few games; Wall should be able to hit value at his price point as long as the minutes are there. On a slate without many options, Wall is a great play at a big discount.
Strong value plays are few and far between tonight. James Ennis is one of the few solid options that allow you to pay up big elsewhere. Ennis scored 31.5 FPTS in his last contest, which is very tempting today. Ennis played 34.5 minutes last game and Orlando will be undermanned again tonight. Ennis should be able to hit value at $4,200 with potential for another nice night. At this price, we really do not need a massive game from Ennis tonight.
Whether you are playing midrange or stars and scrubs tonight, Jerami Grant fits perfectly. Priced at $7,400, Grant would be a strong play on any slate. However, Grant is a core play tonight when the options will be limited. Grant is averaging over 40 FPTS a game this season, making his current price a nice discount, Grant scored 47 FPTS last game and always gets the usage for a big night.
Nikola Vucevic is our favorite spend up option on tonight’s slate. Vucevic is averaging 54 FPTS over the last ten days and scored over 60 FPTS last game. Vucevic should get a lot of usage tonight as the Magic are missing a few players. $9,400 is not a problem for Vucevic, who should be able to put together a nice game tonight. The Warriors are a great matchup tonight, as they will still be playing a much smaller frontcourt then usual. Vucevic is another core play for us tonight.
Now what do you get if you sign up now?
• A cheap play with a great floor tonight
• A midrange player that crushed for us yesterday
• Different options to take down GPP’s
Furkan Korkmaz – SG ($3,700 DK) Korkmaz is one of our favorite value plays available. Korkmaz is averaging 18.9 FPTS over the last ten days, which is on pace for solid value at this tag. Tonight, the Sixers will be playing without Shake Milton, which should open extra run or Korkmaz. Korkmaz should be able to hit value at this price easily and allows us to pay up elsewhere.
Chris Boucher – C ($6,000 DK) Boucher was our favorite big man last night and he delivered with 44 FPTS. Boucher should get solid minutes again tonight, as Boston does not have a center who can really force him off the floor. Boucher has great upside and has passed 40 FPTS manty times this year. Boucher is a lock for GPP as a big night from him will be much more important on tonight’s small slate.
Cole Anthony – G ($5,400 DK) Anthony has shined in the roles as starting point guard for the Magic. Anthony has nice upside and has scored over 28 points in each of his last four healthy outings. The magic will be undermanned tonight, and Anthony should play big minutes if he is in. If Anthony is ruled out Frank Mason III is a lock at $4,000.
Norman Powell – F ($6,700 DK) Powell is coming off a massive game against the Wizards. Powell scored over 47 FPTS last night and is averaging 35.9 over the last ten days. Powell is a great play tonight if OG Anunoby remain sidelined. Powell fits great into midrange lineups and has upside for another huge night,
Alternative Moves…
Damian Lillard – G ($10,800 DK) Lillard continues to be a great pay up option as he will have massive usage on an undermanned Portland team. Lillard is averaging 49 FPTS on the season, despite a slow start a few months ago. The only problem with Lillard tonight, is it will be hard to find all the value for him as of now.
Keep an eye on the news, more value can always become available.
